ORDER:The M/s.Vizag Hospital & Cancer Research centre Pvt Ltd, Visakhapatnam 530 017 has represented in the reference 3rd cited to empanel their Hospital for the
benefit of APEPDCL EmployeeS/Pensioners/ and Dependents for availing medical
treatment on credit basis.

The Hospital also agreed to provide Medical Services to the employees who
will undergo the treatment as· Inpatient without Credit Cards, the charges for such
cases shall also be claimed as per CGHS/NIMS Tariff rates only.
3.
The Government of Andhra Pradesh has recognized M/s. Vizag Hospital &
Cancer Research Centre Pvt Ltd, Visakhapatnam -530 017 for availing medical
facility by State Government Employees /Pensioners and their dependents.

In view of the above, and after careful examination by the APEPDCL
committee members, Mis. Vizag Hospital & Cancer Research Centre Pvt Ltd,
Visakhapatnam is empanelled in APEPDCL in the list of Recognized Hospitals and
the Employees of APEPDCL & Pensioners of APEPDCL are allowed to avail
medical treatment in the above hospital as In-Patient as per CGHS Package Tariff
rates of 2002 / NIMS Tariff Rates .Where package rates in CGHS, NIMS are not
available for certain treatments other than Dental ailments, the ceiling limit as
prescribed will be Rs1.00lakh for serving Employees and their dependents and in:
respect of retired employees and their dependents and family Pensioners, it shall be
Rs75,000/-only. They i.e, M/s. Vizag Hospital & Cancer Research Centre Pvt Ltd,
Visakhapatnam shall follow the terms and conditions/ preparation of Medical bills
etc" already issued in the ref 4th cited scrupulously. The credit card however will be
issued by the APEPDCL on admission of APEPDCL Employees/Pensioners and their
Dependents for Chronic Disease/ Major Operation and for serious ailments as
In-Patient in the Hospital.
5.
These orders will come into force with immediate effect.
