Notre programme de camp d’été ne ressemble à
aucun autre à Montréal ; nos campeurs et campeuses passent toute la journée sous la supervision
d’un personnel expérimenté et bilingue, soucieux
du bien-être des enfants et expert en la création
du programme d’été idéal pour les enfants de tout
âge, de manière à ce que chaque moment passé au
camp soit agréable et mémorable. Le Camp des
Champions, loin d’être une simple pause
entre deux années scolaires, constitue
une expérience dynamique et bénéfique
en soi.
Toutes les activités des Champions se déroulent
sur le vaste terrain privé et verdoyant
du Collège Notre-Dame, un établissement de
première classe situé près de chez vous, offrant
aux parents la tranquillité d’esprit que procure la
certitude que les campeurs et campeuses se trouvent
à proximité et sont bien supervisés.

DAILY RED CROSS
SWIM INSTRUCTION
Campers receive daily Red Cross Swim Instruction and supervised Free Swims led by certified
Red Cross Instructors. Our renowned swim program ensures safety, participation and progress. Free
private swim classes are available for hesitant swimmers. Throughout the summer, Red Cross swim reports
and badges keep parents informed of their camper’s
improvements and aquatic accomplishments.
LEÇON QUOTIDIENNE
DE NATATION DE
LA CROIX-ROUGE
Les campeurs et campeuses reçoivent une leçon
de natation de la Croix-Rouge quotidienne
et participent à des séances de baignade libre
supervisées par des moniteurs et monitrices
titulaires d’un certificat de la Croix-Rouge.
Notre programme de natation réputé assure sécurité, participation et progrès. Les nageurs timides
peuvent bénéficier de leçons de natation particulières gratuites. Tout au long de l’été, les rapports
et les insignes de la Croix-Rouge permettent aux
parents de demeurer au courant des progrès
de leur enfant en natation.
WIDE WORLD OF SPORTS
LE VASTE MONDE DU SPORT
Champions’ sports leagues offer something for
everyone; they are designed to both introduce
a wide range of sports and to help improve
and refine skills. Our staff guide campers at their
own level, promoting fun physical activity, good
sportsmanship and cooperation, the emphasis
is always on achieving their personal best in a
non-competitive environment. Every camper is
a winner! Explore: SOCCER, BASKETBALL,
BASEBALL CAMPS and TENNIS Programs,
Gymnastics, Football, Track and Field,
Olympic Sports, Beach Volleyball, Dodge

nouveaux et originaux chaque semaine. DANS
LES COULISSES DU TOURNAGE VIDÉO : Tout
le monde en place ! Silence ! On tourne ! Réalisez
votre propre film et soyez-en la vedette. MR. REPTILIAN : Programme conçu pour célébrer l’amour

TEDDY BEAR CAMP
(For boys and girls ages 3 and 4)
Our unique Teddy Bear Program lets our youngest
campers play like the big kids. Teddy Bears
participate in our full range of Champions activities
while moms and dads can rest assured that their
camper is being taken care of in true Champions
style by responsible and experienced counselors.
SAFETY
With so much going on, it’s hard to believe that
fun isn’t our first priority but safety is. Every
single camp program is designed with security
and safety in mind. Champions is peanut/nut
free and a sun-safe environment. In case of
bumps and bruises we have a certified nurse onhand throughout the regular camp day! Counselors
are always available to meet with parents at the
beginning and end of every camp day. Plus,
weekly letters keep parents up-to-date on their
camper’s progress. We do everything possible
to guarantee the best summer ever for
both you and your camper! Champions is the
perfect balance of summer safety and fun.
Notre programme « Teddy Bear »
unique en son genre permet à nos plus
jeunes campeurs et campeuses de jouer
comme les grands. Les « Teddy Bears » participent à
toute la gamme des activités des Champions tandis
que maman et papa peuvent être tranquilles en
sachant que des moniteurs responsables et expérimentés verront à bien s’occuper de leur campeur
ou campeuse, comme nous le faisons toujours chez
les Champions.
SÉCURITÉ
Même si nous proposons une foule d’activités
passionnantes, il n’en demeure pas moins que
la sécurité constitue notre priorité. Le Camp
des Champions constitue un environnement sans
noix ni arachides et où l’on se protège du
soleil. Pour les petits bobos et les bosses, une
infirmière certifiée se trouve sur place pendant
toute la durée normale de la journée de camp ! Les
moniteurs et monitrices sont toujours disponibles
pour rencontrer les parents au début et à la fin de
chaque journée de camp. De plus, des lettres hebdomadaires sont remises aux parents afin de les
tenir au courant des progrès de leur enfant. Nous
mettons tout en œuvre pour assurer que vous
et votre campeur ou campeuse passiez un
été formidable ! Le Camp des Champions offre
l’équilibre parfait entre plaisir et sécurité en été.

CHAMPIONS offers convenient door-to-door supervised bus service,
Monday through Friday. Bus transportation is not included in the camp fee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A registration cannot be confirmed unless accompanied by a $200.00 deposit for each camper and a postdated cheque for the balance dated May 1st 2015. Families with two or more children must fill out a separate registration form for each child.
Should your plans change before May 1st 2015, a full refund will be issued less a service charge of $10.00 for each week cancelled.
Before May 1st 2015, weeks scheduled may be interchanged free of charge depending on availability.
Should your plans change after May 1st 2015, a full refund will be issued less a service charge of $50.00 for each week cancelled. After
May 1st 2015, weeks may be interchanged for a service charge of $10.00 a week, depending on availability.
Cancellations and changes must be brought to the Champions’ office attention no later than 4:00PM on the Thursday before the
week that you would like to cancel or interchange.
Since our fee structure is based upon reservation for a specific period, we cannot refund fees for days missed for any reason once camp has begun. It should also
be noted that the camp cannot be held responsible for the loss, or theft of the camper’s belongings brought to camp.
I agree to abide by the above conditions of enrolment and enclose a $200.00 deposit accompanied by a postdated cheque, to the
order of CHAMPIONS DAY CAMP, for the balance dated May 1st 2015.
It is hereby recognized that as of the date indicated below CHAMPIONS has commenced performance of its obligations.
Given that Champions Day Camp takes pictures of my child during his/her camp activities, I authorize the camp to use this material
in full or in part for publicity purposes such as brochures. All material used will remain the property of Champions Day Camp.
