USC LPV Seed Treater
The LPV is the only treater designed to handle all three metering options:
seed wheel, loss-in-weight and weigh belt. The standard 42” tilting drum
makes clean-out easier than ever, and the larger drum gives seed more
opportunity to dry on its own. The lower head height allows the LPV to easily
fit in the existing buildings under 16.5 feet, 22” shorter with the loss-in-weight
configuration. The LPV’s innovative and economical design, combined with
an efficient user friendly and configurable total system, is like none other.

USC LPX Series Seed Treater
The LPX series seed treater utilizes a modular design
that allows the customer to fully customize the treater based on their exact needs. The LPX series treater
enables the customer to add on multiple tanks and
accessories at any time. It incorporates the same
continuous flow seed treating benefits of the LP series.
Additionally, the quick release treatment chamber
allows for quick and easy clean-up and inspection.

The LP800 has been upgraded to LPH800! With a recent facelift, and the best updated

The LPX2000 Portable Treater is a flexible, more mobile alternative to the LPX Treater. This
portable seed treatment package is everything needed to treat seed on wheels. Includes a gooseneck or bumper hitch trailer with a 65-unit seed hopper, inlet conveyor,
LPX model seed treater with seed wheel, and an outlet conveyor. This specialty treater

RH Series Seed Treater
The RH series seed treater utilizes a rotary volumetric seed wheel chemical atomizer,
rotating drum, closed calibration and a tank and pump system to treat various seed
types. These continuous flow seed treating systems will treat between 800 and 2000
bushels per hour. This machine is offered with manual controls (basic) or PLC touch
screen controls (commercial). The RH Basic and RH Commercial are both offered in RH800 and RH-2000 models.

Pump Stands
KSi Liquid Stands
Featuring a new pump kit, KSi’s liquid stands have added additional heads for more
rate, as well as an additional flow meter option for lower rates. There are also additional loss-in-weight scale options and drip containment options to make your pump
stands more functional. With pump control/VFD mounted on the stand instead of automation, the stand becomes plug and play with no automation charges required. All
pump VFD’s are 120 volt.

U-Tote Direct Injection Pump Stand
U-Tote Direct Injection allows the operator to pull seed
treatment directly from the container and pump it to the
seed treater. Chemical blending is done at the treater so
there is no pre-mixing involved. Its compact design makes
connecting directly to the treater a simple process.

Flow meters
The flow meter allows customers to save time and improve liquid calibration accuracy.
The flow meter pumps inline with the seed treater pump and registers the rate of the
pump in ounces per minute. The flow meter also records the total number of ounces.
The kit easily mounts to any model seed treater.

Seed Wheels
The seed wheel is designed to simplify and increase seed flow calibration accuracy.
A rotating wheel is driven by a variable speed motor, which is set prior to treating
the seed. This is mounted above the atomizer. As the wheel rotates, it captures a
certain amount of seed in each pocket. After the seed is caught, the wheel continues rotation and dispenses the seed into the atomizer chamber. With the constant
turn of the wheel, there is a consistent amount of seed always sent through the atomizer. FarmChem offers seed wheels for both Bayer and USC seed treaters.

Seed Flow Control
KSi Vari-Rate Controller
The KSi Vari-Rate controller is designed, using a continuous feedback cylinder that can repeatedly find the same position within 1/1,000th of an inch, to accurately control seed flow
into a treating chamber. The operator enters a desired seed flow rate, in either pounds per
minute or units per minute, and starts the system from the 5.7” touch screen. The controller
opens the Vari-Rate gate on the scale hopper and accurately measures seed into the seed
treater by adjusting the Vari-Rate gate on the scale hopper as needed. This controller also
provides an output signal, based on a user defined timer, to trigger the liquid pumps on the
treater. Unlike other seed flow control devices, no volumetric conversion is necessary, meaning no calibration is needed when switching seed size.
Standard Features:
• The seed flow rate can be set in either seed count units per
minute, pounds per minute or 50 pound units per minute
• Seed flow is controlled by loss-in-weight from an NTEP certified scale
• Precise timer controls to trigger liquid pumps so that the
operator can trigger the system to turn pumps on/off at the
appropriate time
• Simple control - Once the rate is set, the operator only
needs to change the seeds per pound from run to run and
the system will accurately deliver the correct seed flow
• No calibration between seed sizes required as there is no
volumetric conversion needed

USC Tri-Flo
Tri-Flo® is the most innovative, compact, bulk-weighing system in the industry. Tri-Flo® technology is dominating the market by boasting a true continuous flow scale hopper system. The
3-Hopper design processes and weighs 1,800 pounds per minute of soybeans with one control, and it can be configured as an above treater or as a floor mount model. Regardless of
your decision, Tri-Flo® boasts the lowest height requirement in the industry.

Hoppers
The surge hoppers work well in conjunction with a seed treating system. The short
hoppers are used primarily to feed a conveyor which feeds to a seed treater. The
tall hopper is used primarily to refill bags or boxes. FarmChem offers a wide variety of
different hoppers ranging in capacities and height. There are many different options
that come with the hoppers, including load cells, vibrating hoppers, extension rings
and grates.

USC Conditioner
Intended for higher use rates and applications, USC’s Seed Conditioner offers another solution for bridging and clumping after seed has been treated. The Seed Conditioner keeps pace at 1,800 lbs per minute, and uses smooth, ambient air to ensure
seed isn’t damaged as it passes.

Fan dryer assembly for the accelerated drying of treated
seeds. The fan dryer assembly mounts directly to the intake
hopper.

KSi Drop-down Rubber Seed Ladder
Rubber drop-down seed ladder to gently drop seed. The
drop-down seed ladder attaches to the outlet end of a
seed conveyor. The seed ladder prevents the seed from being damaged due to a fast fall.

Accessories
Mix Pumps
Mix pumps are a simple way of agitating and extracting product from chemical
containers. The pumps come with all the fittings necessary so they can be directly
attached to the desired container. We offer a variety of different pumps for different
applications that can be operated by 110 volt power, compressed air or manually.
Flow meters can also be
adapted to help measure out the amount of
chemical from each
container.
Double Blade Mixer
Users of the “OnDemand” system can use the paddle mixer from FarmChem’s Double
Blade Mixer (Part # DRUMMIXER-15S) on Syngenta 15 Gallon Seedcare Containers. The
mixer is powered with a battery-powered drill.
Dry Additive Feeders & Talc Applicators
The dry additive feeders and talc applicators are used to apply products such as talc,
dry inoculants or other additives. It can be used in conjunction with the seed treater
or on the conveyor.

Accessories
Tower Unit
The Tower Unit is used to treat seed with less
moving parts and allows you to treat seed
from box to box. Simply place a full seed box
on top of the seed treater and an empty one
under the treater end, then pull the gate and
start treating seed. The towers can used both
with the LP and LX series seed treaters. A shorter version is also offered, which does require a
conveyor to take seed away.

FarmChem offers both seed boxes and bags to fit your specific needs.
