Dear Friends,
Thank you for taking the time to review the 2015 ARC Industries’ annual
report. For the past 52 years ARC Industries has been an industry leader in
job training and the creation of employment opportunities. Looking back on
2015, we celebrate these many years of success and the privilege to serve
over two thousand individuals in Central Ohio with achieving their desired
outcomes. We applaud our dedicated staff as they have brought about
results that far exceeded our projected goals.
As always, our success is not possible without the many supporters we
have in the community including our outstanding business and community
partners, donors and program participants.
We believe

capabilities
make life
better for us all.
While looking through this report you will see highlights of our successes,
meet Natasha and Cody, our business partners, and appreciate how we
fulfill our mission to create employment opportunities through outreach,
education and enterprise.
As we plan for 2016 and the ever changing landscape before us, we welcome these challenges and will continue to focus on empowering those
we serve and serving them better. We are dedicating our resources to chart
a roadmap to the future that leads to a sustainable and vibrant model for

ARC is a business services provider dedicated
to the success of its customers, its employees
and the community. In giving back to the
community we have volunteered at Mid-Ohio
Food Bank, Life Care Alliance food
pantry, delivered Meals on Wheels.
Through Reach and Teach we have provided
instruction of ceramics.
ARC provided an array of wellness, gardening,
music, live arts and art opportunities. We have
partnered with the Greater Columbus
Arts Council on the critically acclaimed
Hero Within installation.

When asked what his job means to him
and what he likes about his job,
Cody stated:
“I like meeting new people the most.
I also like helping the patients to make
sure they have a good experience
[at Dublin Methodist Hospital].
I like everything
about my job and I feel like I do a really
good job. I’m happy for the friends
I’ve made.”
