 Press Release | 20 June 2016 ASSET, AGEING AND RISK MANAGEMENT Oxand Academy will hold different sessions of its innovative « Business Games » at WNE As a specialist of ageing and life cycle management of industrial assets, Oxand has been developing training sessions inside its Academy in order to support companies wishing to improve their knowledge and skills in « Asset Management ». Oxand innovates in this domain with the creation of « Business Games », designed as board games. They have already been tested successfully in various European major companies operating in the energy sector. Indeed this playful way of learning leads to quickly and efficiently increase the skills of an organisation’s team, to encourage collaboration, knowledge management and know-­‐how transfer in an organisation. Objective: unlock the value of your assets… When: permanently available Where: At Oxand Booth (2B-­‐ S24) > « Oxand Asset Ageing Game » This game concentrates on the understanding of ageing mechanisms of various components in a nuclear p lant and the decision making linked to these mechanisms. When: Tuesday, June 28: 3:00pm -­‐> 4:00pm and Wednesday, June 29: 2:00pm -­‐>3:00pm Where: At GIIN/PNB Booth (2B – S40/S32) > « Oxand Alignment game » This collaborative game has been d eveloped jointly with Sellafield Ltd (UK). Participants decide which maintenance, renewal and risk mitigation actions have to be implemented, to keep production running on the nuclear site.
