What means this?
An 236.000 hectares large woodland in Belarus becomes examined
extensively since 2006 of the environmental testing place „Grünstempel“
from Wanzleben Germany.
• Were no pesticides found?
• Is it sure, the the organic-product is always processed / stored to
conventional goods separated?
• Is the traceability complete up to the picker / collector?
• Are extra environmental transports carried out?
Only if these and broader points are filled, the certificate is assigned for the
organic chanterelles and the organic blueberries for another year.
Why organic fruits from the forest?
• no use of fertilizer, pesticides und insecticides
• gentle harvest methods to offer protection around the complete woods
• no pollution of the collecting areas (e.g. by industrial plants)
• annual control by the environmental testing place „Grünstempel“ from

• strict separation from organic and conventional raw goods from the collection up
to the processing (chanterelles and blueberries)
