Imaging Systems
The Imaging System Division
of Quest is responsible for all
sales and repair programs for
professional imaging peripherals,
including CRT and LCD display
monitors, medical-grade DVRs/
VCRs, printers and workstations. In
addition, Quest’s ISD group also
provides CRT re-manufacturing,
custom made monitors, rackmount configurations as well as
touch screen systems.
From monitor sales and repair,
to establishing special repair/
loaner programs, Quest is
renowned for its ability to
provide the healthcare, aviation,
manufacturing, engineering
and other industries with results
oriented sales and service for all
makes of display monitors and
peripheral equipment.
Service and Repairs
Quest’s imaging peripheral
service center provides repair,
upgrades and modifications on
all lines of color and monochrome
displays. Quest is an authorized
repair center for Panasonic,
Mitsubishi, Fimi, Totoku, Image
Systems, Orwin, Ikegami and
AlphaView monitors. In addition,
Quest has broad experience
servicing products from Siemens,
Philips, Data Ray, Barco, Tektronix,
Conrac and numerous other
high-end medical-grade monitors.
Quest can repair and refurbish
most legacy monitors, plus
exchange, upgrade, and loaner
programs are available.
Quest is also globally recognized
for the repair and maintenance
of high-end display monitors
used in healthcare PACS (Picture
Archiving and Communication
Systems) and Teleradiology
Systems. These monitors are
all repaired to meet OEM
specifications in Quest’s ISO
9001:2008 Registered facility
in Irvine, California. Within the
monitor repair center, Quest
In-Flight
Entertainment
has the test systems and video
equipment in place to properly
evaluate, calibrate and repair
these monitors, ensuring that the
service is done right and on a
timely basis.
