Jeff and Karen Hamblin set up the transponder system, Pete
and I head over to set up the sign-up tables.
7:15am
Elaine, Debbie, Laura and Cathy arrive and get set up at the
sign-up area. Karen Hamblin joins the girls, and Lori
Lombardo sets up to give out transponders.
7:30am
Sign-up starts. Think about what you do during sign-up, the
questions you may have or issues. Now, 99 other guys and
gals do the same. I’ll tell you firsthand how hard these girls
work, and although we all appreciate and sing their praises,
you just can’t really imagine how much hard work they put in.
Once the racing begins, the score sheets are posted, there
are last minute entries, bike changes and so on.
9 Hours Later
About 9 hours later, the loop needs to be dug up, Jeff and
Elaine break down the system, Jeff painstakingly dusts off the
components, the girls pack up the show and call it a day.
Once Jeff gets home he uploads the results and lap times, so
when you get home log onto my laps, your times are there.
You can do this because of all the hard work the dedicated
score-keeping crew puts in every race weekend.

OTHG SPONSOR HIGHLIGHT
OUR CUSTOMER COMMITMENT
We started Dubach Racing Development with
the goal to produce the best exhaust systems
and related mx products that actually make
your bike run better, not different. I have worked
with the best, tested virtually every motocross
bike make over the past 10 years, and still work
hand in had with the Yamaha Testing division.
Riding YZs and every other brand of motocross
bike, continuing to learn and develop
motorcycles and moving Dr.D forward is what I
do. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate
that my avocation has also been my vocation.
We know the effort that must go into a product
for it to perform at a level that exceeds, the
admittedly, extremely good stock bikes and
ATVs. We put 100% effort into our products and
constantly strive to achieve your business.

Doug Dubach and Dubach Racing
Development may be best known for
their experience in tuning Yamaha
fourstrokes, but the fact of the matter is
that Doug and Company also produce
excellent-performing exhaust systems
for all other manufacturer’s bikes, too.
Furthermore, DRD may be best known
for its exhaust systems, but in addition to
some well-thought-out accessories like
hourmeters, hourmeter brackets, radiator
lowering kits, and packing kits, DRD also
offers a full selection of motor
modifications.
