diverse field of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) encompassing the public, private, industrial and commercial

As of October, 1990, the NAFA Group main headquarters relocated into a newly built, modern, self-owned
office complex on TAKHASSOSY STREET, near the Riyadh Sheraton Hotel. In a new multi million Saudi

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL
NAFA has adopted its own detailed manuals for standard operating procedures which cover all aspects of the work,
administration, finance, materials, sales, production, etc. Standard forms are used to make sure that all projects are
performed according to the correct procedures. This assures and guarantees that the work is done correctly and that the
result is satisfactory. To achieve customer satisfaction very rigid procedures are applied, for production testing and quality
control on a 24 hour basis.
Since NAFA is an international company, ISO approval is required. Therefore NAFA is ISO approved under the supervision
of TUV. Three ISO Certifications have been issued to NAFA.

OTHER ACTIVITIES
Investment Activities:
NAFA Group buys, under the name of NAFA Enterprises, Ltd, shares in new Public companies in the Kingdom
that emerge in the business arena as public stock companies under the Saudi Law. NAFA in many cases, also acts
as a founder of these companies.
Sport Activities:
As the number of NAFA Employees has grown, they have initiated cordial social relations, through the participation
of different branches, departments and sections in sports competitions. These including games in football, pingpong, volleyball, etc. NAFA provides trophies to the winning teams and medals to the best players in these
competitions. Also, a team representing the NAFA Group is selected annually from the NAFA teams. That team
participates in the sport competition of companies, which is held annually under the patronage of the General
Presidency for Youth Welfare and Sports.
A sport committee was formed to organize sports activities and affiliate committees were assigned to supervise
procedures of such activities. These social and sport activities have the backing of the Board of Directors as these
social and sport ties play an excellent role in boosting cordial relations among the employees.
STAFFING
NAFA currently employs about 2000 people of 14 different nationalities. The management consists of capable
Saudi nationals that conform with the Kingdom’s employment policy. Other personnel come from all over the
world. 30% of the staff are professionals holding advanced university degrees and 25% are technicians with
training in technical or vocational schools.

PRINCE NASER F. AL-FAISAL AL SAUD
PRESIDENT & C.E.O. NAFA GROUP
After graduating with an Engineering degree from the University of California, Prince Naser joined
the Ministry of Defense & Aviation (MODA) as Director of Military Works. During the 14 years
he held this position, his department supervised and executed the multi-billion dollar military
infrastructure development of the Kingdom, such as the creation and building of King Khalid
Military City Complex.
PRINCE WALEED AL-FAISAL AL-SAUD
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT NAFA GROUP
After initial schooling in Riyadh, Prince Waleed attended the ELS Language Center at San Diego
State University and the University of California, Irvine - both located in California, USA. After his
studies and completion of BS in marketing and Business Administration from TAMPA UNIVERSITY,
he joined NAFA as an Executive Vice President of NAFA Enterprises Ltd.

PRINCE SAUD F. AL-FAISAL AL-SAUD
VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING
Prince Saud spent two years at Gonzaga University in Washington State, U.S.A. Then he moved to
King Saud University at Riyadh, where he graduated with a BA degree. Prince Saud then joined the
Ministry of Defense and Aviation for two years before joining NAFA in 1997.
PRINCE MUTIB F. AL-FAISAL AL-SAUD
QASSIM BRANCH MANAGER
Prince Mutib graduated in 1999 from King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah - Business Management
Section. He has completed a number of training courses and seminars in the field of trading and
agriculture.
YOUSEF A.Y. AL-GHAMDI
SYNTECH MANAGER
Mr. Al-Ghamdi graduated from Marine Sciences College - Marine Geology - King Abdul Aziz
University - 1985. He then completed English courses in the U.K. and USA. Mr. Al-Ghamdi was granted
a diploma in Business Administration from the American Business Institute of San Diego, California,
USA in 1988. When he returned to Saudi Arabia, he passed training courses in Accounting and Business
Administration.
Mr. Al-Ghamdi has worked in the fields of Public Trading, Import and Export - from 1988 to 1993. Also,
he established a private factory for fabricated clothes in Jeddah and worked as the Executive Manager of
a Plastic Factory owned by the Saudi Korean Company. Mr. Al-Ghamdi joined NAFA in 1996.
ABDULLAH M. ALQARNI
GENERAL MANAGER
Mr. ALGARNI holds a B.Sc. in Art from Karachi University. He worked for the Saudi Royal Navy
for 20 years in the field of Purchasing and Catering. He joined NAFA in January of 2001 as a Contract
Manager Assistant.
MOHAMMAD A. AL-HAMMAD
PRESIDENT ASSISTANT
Mr. Mohammad A. Al-Hammad is a Saudi national. He has Public Relations responsibilities as well
as being in charge of follow up for the NAFA Group Investments. He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Physics
from King Saud University in Riyadh and an MSc. Degree in Industrial Technology from Texas
University, USA. He has been a lecturer at the College of Teachers and he is now a lecturer at the
Technology College.
DR. MOHAMED IBRAHIM HILMY
ADVISOR
Dr. Hilmy holds an M.B., B.Ch. with honors. He practiced medicine for a short time as a Chest
Diseases Specialist. Since 1978, his career has been in industrial and commercial management. He
attended various, marketing and advertising training programs. Dr. Hilmy has been employed in
a host of administrational and managerial key posts such as the Marketing Director of the biggest
timber industries company in the Middle East, the Marketing Director for several international
pharmaceutical companies, a Consultant for a leading cosmetic trading company and the General
Manager of a food stuff supplies company. He joined NAFA in March 1990.
IBRAHIM MOHD. AL-NAHAS
ADMINISTRATION ADVISOR
Mr. Al-Nahas holds a B.Sc in Agriculture Cooperation from Ein Shams University (1976). He
is a Licentiate in Laws (1982) and holds a Diploma in Criminal Laws (1986) from Ein Shams
University.
Mr. Al-Nahas occupied several Administrative positions in Egypt in both the Governmental and
Private Sectors. Mr. Nahas joined NAFA Enterprises Ltd. in 1993.
ENG.SAID AL-JAZZAR
BURAIDAH MANAGER
Engineer Said Al-Jazzar holds a B.Sc. with honors in Agriculture from Cairo University (1967).
Eng. Said worked in Egypt for 12 years in the field of Agriculture Guidance and Development.
Then he worked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the fields of Farm Management and Agriculture
Marketing. Eng. Said joined NAFA Agriculture when the Company was started in 1984 and he now
occupies the position of the Assistant General Manager for Marketing.
ALI AL-JAWAD
GENERAL MANAGER

Mr. Ali Al-Jawad has a University Degree in Chemical Engineering and has had over 15 years of
experience in manufacturing and marketing. He has a strong background in computers and electronics.
Mr. Al-Jawad is a national of the United Kingdom and has been with the NAFA Group since 1984.
THOMAS H. PRICE III
LEGAL ADVISOR TO THE NAFA GROUP & Vice President
NAFA U.S.A.
Mr. Thomas H. Price, III a United States citizen, is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of NAFA
U.S.A., Inc. Mr. Price’s law firm, Thomas H. Price, III P.A. also serves as general counsel for the NAFA
Group of companies in the U.S. as well as internationally. Mr. Price is a practicing United States Attorney
who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, from the University of Maryland in 1973. After another
year at the University of Maryland pursuing a Master’s Degree, he then entered law school and obtained a
Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1977. His area of expertise are
international trade law, business law and real estate law. Mr. Price has been with the NAFA Group since its
inception.

Mr. Marc Lakhel, holds Diploma of Engineer Genie - Physique and University Master Diploma in semiconductor. He joined NAFA Group in 2004 as Vice President in Europe Office, where He represents NAFA
Group and in charge of establishing partnership with the world specialist companies in Europe.

Mr. Badr Nasser Al-Mazaini, graduated ad King Saud University with a degree of BSC Accounting. He joined
NAFA on 1998. Presently, he is the Manager of NAFA Technology.

Mr. Luqman Arabawi, After the graduation with BSC Engineering, He joined NAFA Data Center. Mr. Arabawi
has skilled in Marketing & Managing of employees. Presently, He is the Assistant of CEO and Marketing and
Sales General Manager of NAFA.

MBA of City University of Seattle USA. Mr. Liu has been working in the enterprise operation and management

Mr. Bakheet, has Bachelor of Law in 2003 from King Saud Uninersity. He worked as deputy of
General Manager for Arab Laywers Net. Then he joined NAFA Enterprises in 2008 in the position
of legal advisor.

Eng. Ayman Harras, is holding Bsc with Civil Engineering from Alexandria University in Egypt in 1985. He
joined NAFA in 1991 as Site Supervising Engineer. He worked as Project Manager for several construction &
maintenance projects. Now He is responsible for Study & Project Division.
MR. SALVADOR A. DEUNA
Information Section Chief, NAFA Technology
Mr. Salvador A. Deuna, a Filipino national, joined NAFA Group on July 01, 2001. He is responsible for the
design, authoring, maintenance of NAFA website and technical studies at NAFATECH.
Previously, He worked for three organization at Saudi Arabia such as Saudi Ports Authority, Ministry of
Agriculture and SACMAC in the field of application and multimedia development. He graduated with a Bsc
degree at San Sebastian College, Phillipines, 1979. He has completed a number of training courses & seminars
in mainframe, midrange and micro computer in the Philippines & United Kingdom (UK).
DR. MOHAMMED AL-METHHAN
Marketing Manager, NAFA Medical
Dr. Mohammed Madhan, is holding a Bsc in Pharmacy from Damascus University, Syria. He joined NAFA
Medical company in 1999 as Senior Supervisor for Renal Department. Currently he holds the position of
Markeing Manager.

Eng. Ammar after the graduation with BSc in Agriculture Engineering, he joined NAFA Agriculture in 1989 as
sales man, he promoted to Branch Supervisor, Head Division and then Marketing Manager since 2003. Eng.
Ammar has attended many courses and workshops in Management and Marketing skills as well as Technical
training (local & abroad) in his Agriculture career.

Mr. Pradeep Kumar is of Indian Nationality. He joined NAFA Medical in 1995. He holds a Bachelor Degree in
Science from Claicut University. Currently he holds the position of Critical Care Department manager in NAFA
Medical.

Miss. Rana Mohammed Al-Amri is a Saudi National. Date of brith 1983. She has a Diploma in English
Translation from Al-Faisal International Academy, and International Certificate of computer & internet. She
joined NAFA in March, 2007.

Mrs. Nourah Al-Sebai is a Saudi National. She joined NAFA in 2000 as the first woman in the company, she
is working as collection representative.

Technical Advisor
Mr. Klaus graduated engineer for tools and machines construction at the Hamburg School of
Engineering1964. He joined NAFA in 1993 as Factory Manager for NAFA Metal Works Factory.
Currently he is a Technical Advisor and NAFA representative in Germany.
Engr. Jamal Al-Howail, PMP, EMBA
Studies & Contracts Manager
Mr. Jamal Al-Howail is an electrical engineer from KFUPM, in Saudi Arabia, with over than 15 years
full time experience in the industrial field. He is holding two master degrees in Industrial Management
from Cambridge, UK, and MBA from KAU in Saudi Arabia. He is certified as PMP from USA since
2010. He is an active member of many local and international associations.

Mr. Khalid Ahmed Kassim joined NAFA Group of Companies in the Year 1992. He has successfully
completed his degree course in the field of Computer applications. He initially joined NAFA as Data
Center Supervisor & due to his sincere & hard efforts, he was posted as Administration Manager for
SYNTECH factory in the year 2004. He has successfully completed many courses besides polymer
analysis course at Qatar. He is also assigned as Management Representative for all ISO Audits. Later
he was posted as Materials & Logistics Manager, besides Quality Control Supervisor, due to his vast
knowledge in the field of Polymers. Presently he is designated as Assistant to President, besides the
above mentioned posts.

Mr. Shamshan Al-Shemairi joined NAFA Group of Companies in the Year 2005 as a Administrator.
Later due to his hard & complete concentration He achieved a position of Administration Manager.
Shamshan Al- Shemairi holds a Bachelor Degree in the field of Business Administration from King
Abdul Aziz University He has successfully completed many courses specially in the field of computer
