Fitting Instructions.
Ground Level
2mm gap
1.
Remove 150mm screw cap & flap valve
assembly.
2.
Install the reflux valve at a gradient of no
more than 3O gradient to ensure the
valve functions properly.
3.
Solvent cement a predetermined length
of 150mm PVC riser pipe into the fittings
socket.
4.
Trim the riser pipe to the desired height.
5.
Solvent cement screw cap & base onto
riser pipe.
6.
Extend handle using 25mm PN12 PVC
pressure pipe to use as a handle to raise
the Flap Valve Assembly out for
cleaning purposes. Ensure a 2mm gap
is visible between the cap & handle.
7.
Fit the screw cap and construct the
manhole access cover.
