A DOPPIA MEMBRANA
Le Pompe pneumatiche a doppia membrana sono pompe molto versatili che
possono essere utilizzate con una vasta gamma di fluidi in più applicazioni. Samoa Directflo pompe a membrana ® offrono molteplici vantaggi
e presentano varie versioni Nelle pompe a membrana tradizionali, il lato di
ciascuna membrana umida è sull’esterno ed il lato secco è all’interno.
Ciò significa che i collettori che creano attrito e perdita di pressione,
sono necessari per la raccolta del fluido nella pompa e per il suo trasferimento. Le tradizionali pompe a membrana possono anche provocare
conseguenze negative, come un elevato consumo d’aria, flusso
altamente vibrante, provocando una manutenzione complicata, ecc
Directflo pompe ® funzionano in modo diverso. Il fluido pompato segue
un flusso rettilineo e diretto, attraverso l’interno del corpo pompa.
In questo modo, Directflo pompe ® evita di utilizzare collettori.

Innovazioni di alto valore per il mercato le pompe Directflo® sono
progettate per essere utilizzate sia come pompe di trasferimento che

AVVOLGITUBO
AUTOMATICI
Utilizzati in tutto il mondo, sono stati progettati per essere di qualità
migliore di quanto offerto sul mercato. L’avvolgitubo con ritorno
automatico a molla, e’ adatto ad ospitare tubi per la distribuzione di aria
compressa, olio, acqua e grasso.
Permette di sfilare rapidamente solo la lunghezza di tubo desiderata
migliorando l’operatività e la funzionalità. Il riavvolgimento del tubo e’
rapido e sicuro e permette di avere un ambiente di lavoro libero da
impedimenti e ordinato, salvaguardando l’usura e l’eventuale rottura
dei tubi stessi. Il suo corretto utilizzo può aumentare la produttività e la
messa in sicurezza dell’officina.

KIT DISTRIBUZIONE FLUIDI
Anche il più semplice lubrificante da distribuire o trasferire richiede più
di una sola pompa nuda. Equitec Group, offre una vasta gamaa di soluzioni
complete per la distribuzione di lubrificante e grasso.
Kit che comprendono tutti gli accessori necessari per trasferire in modo
efficiente lubrificanti, adatti per essere utilizzati con fusti da grasso di
185, 50, 20, 18 e 12,5 kg, fusti da 200 litri e 1.000 litri IBC di lubrificante.
Soluzione semplice per applicazioni semplici e comuni sia per la distribuzione fissa che per soluzioni mobili.

sfide. La dimensioni dei service aumenta ed una corretta ed un miglior
controllo nella gestione dell’erogazione dei fluidi, diventa sempre più
importante rispetto ai vecchi sistemi di gestione. Inoltre, l’aumento del
costo dei lubrificanti odierni e la popolarità di lubrificanti sintetici crea
una maggiore domanda ed un’adeguata gestione contabile dei lubrificanti e del loro utilizzo. Equitec è orgogliosa di guidare il mercato con
comprovati sistemi e la scelta di soluzioni più ampia che offre il mercato
per la gestione centralizzata computerizzata dei fluidi.
Dalla semplice centralina elettronica di gestione continua del livello dei
serbatoi a più sofisticati Sistemi Wireless, una nuova tecnologia che
riduce i costi di istallazione e migliora l’efficienza.
Installarlo è rapido e semplice, imparare ad utilizzarlo e gestirlo è facile
grazie anche al potente ed intuitivo Software di gestione. La chiave di
questo risultato sta nella sua espandibilità senza necessità di complicate operazioni e costose.
FMS, consente di gestire l’erogazione controllata dei lubrificanti e l’allineamento al gestionale della vostra azienda, potendo inserire il numero
d’ordine, aspetti tecnici dell’intervento, numero di targa del veicolo, data
ed ora, ed altri dati necessari. Compresa nella gestione, troverete tutti
i sistemi di sicurezza per evitare erronee ed accidentali erogazioni o
perdite di lubrificante.
Pistole wireless o con contalitri digitali collegati ad elettrovalvole, possono essere connesse in rete e collegati a PC per controllare infinite
erogazioni.
Tutti i sistemi di monitoraggio avanzato sono stati già installati in diverse migliaia di impianti tutto il mondo. Equitec ha creato un sistema
progettato per migliorare la redditività attraverso un miglior controllo
della distribuzione del fluido. Facilmente integrabili ed espandibili permettono di progettare e sviluppare qualsiasi dimensione d’installazione,
adattabili a partire da un unico punto di erogazione fino ad oltre 100
punti di erogazione. Questa modularità permette anche l’integrazione
dei funzioni complementari, come i display remoti, archivi fotografici di
livello, rivelatori volumetrici sonde di misura, punti di accesso di controllo e la programmazione automatica di una esigenza.
MATRIX WIRELESS SYSTEM
Matrix Fluid Management, sistema di monitoraggio per il rilevamento ed
il monitoraggio dello stato dell’arte per completare il controllo dei Lubrificanti. Risparmiare tempo, guadagnare ore fatturabili e massimizzare
la redditività dell’operazione.
Il sistema prevede un software di gestione, ricetrasmettitori, contalitri
Matrix, controllo elettronico della pompa d’erogazione e Monitor del livello serbatoio (TLM). Insieme, questi componenti in modalità wireless
comunicano tra loro attraverso un segnale RF per raccogliere dati del
fluido erogato, dei livelli di olio nei fusti o nelle cisterne e del serbatoio
di olio esausto, oltre a molto di più!
