LA 201 BUILDING FOR OWNERSHIP Emphasizes recruiting and retention, developing effective field and classroom training, as well as goal setting and conflict management. Lessons learned here will help the American Income Life/National Income Life leader build a solid platform to grow their Agency. LA 301 (TOP GUN) STRATEGIC AGENCY LEADERSHIP TRAINING Focuses on agency structure, developing a winning culture, establishing a system of accountability, and building strategy for the future.
