- Alcohol is not included in meals during the project.
- As soon as possible we will send you the daily programme. Please notice it will be a
draft and some modification will probably occur during the length of the project.
MATERIALS TO BRING:
* bring your country traditional handcraft sample and its made presentation. This is
important for our project .
* Brief introduction of your organization with city/country of origin , N.G.O.
presentation (also the usual stuff);
* Since it will not be possible to cook on the premises, please supply drink and finger
food for Your international evening.
* Materials or gadgets that pertain to your organization or
city/country.
* Bring comfortable clothes and shoes. Maybe, will be an excursion

CONTENTS TO PREPARE:
We will not ask any kind of specific preparation, just please be acquainted to the your
country traditional handcraft and ınterculturel communicate . situation in your
organisation and your region so we can focus in specific handcraft.
If you wish, you could prepare a small presentation of your organization , to last for a
maximum time period of 5/10 minutes.

We kindly suggest to you to buy flights tickets to Sabiha Gökçen Airport as soon as
possible.
If you do not fly to Sabiha Gökçen Airport , urgent give information Arzu
KIRAYOĞLU.

There is direct bus transportation from Sabiha Gökçen airport to Bursa Bus Station .

On Arrival to Ataturk Airport
There is no direct bus transportation from Ataturk Airport to Bursa Bus Station.
To reach Bursa you first have to take a subway from the airport to the ESENLER
BUS STATION. Subway is under the Ataturk Airport . İt is approx. 1,5 € per person
for one way When you arrived ESENLER Airport , You must go to KAMIL KOÇ
TRAVEL AGENCY. So , Another bus that brings you directly to Bursa from
İstanbul. it is approx. it is 16€ per person for one one way.

Note : please , you could sent your reservation fly tickets before buying them to Arzu
KIRAYOĞLU  Please have a look to it and confirm the arrival timetable.   Be
aware that if you lose any means of transportation, you have to call Arzu at 0090 532

ACCOMODATION:
Accommodations are at the BCCI Anatolia and hotels in Tourism and Hotel
Management School Application . ( BTSO Anadolu ve Turizm Otelcilik Lisesi
Uygulama Oteli ) . It has a comfortable meeting room, breakfast room and bar.
It has rooms with air conditioning, private bathroom, free WI-FI. We will give you an
access password during the first day of the seminar. The whole structure, apart from
some rooms, is at the disposal of the seminar’s participants. You will be divided in
nice comforting rooms of 2 or 3 bed placements. The division will be by gender. Beds
are provided with sheets, while the bathrooms are provided with soaps, shower gels
and shampoos. Repeat: We only ask you to bring personal things such as your own
towels and sandals, etc.
For things to run smoothly, we kindly ask you to oblige by these guidelines. Please
refrain from making changes or suggestions impossible for us to meet. Finally, we
kindly ask you to keep your hotel room clean. One other thing: If anyone needs extra
days and would like to book accommodations at the Biancaneve Hotel, please let us
know via e-mail or contact us at our main office. If you prefer to go elsewhere and
visit other places, please remember that all costs from accommodations to meals and
transportation etc. are all up to you.

MEALS: FOOD AND DRINK
All meals will be served at the restaurant in the Hotel.
Breakfast
Breakfast will be served as a buffet. It includes coffee, tea milk, biscuits, cereals,
yogurt, fruit, jams, cheese ..etc. In Italy, breakfast is generally on the light side. It is
very sweet oriented and rarely offers salty foods. Breakfast hours are everyday from
08.00 till 09.30
Lunch:
Lunch will be served Turkısh foods. Meals will always include mixed vegetables,
salads, breads and fruit. If anyone is on a special food diet due to health problems or
has special needs regarding your daily nutrition. (gluten free food, no pork ect.) please
feel free to let us know in advance. We have already informed the restaurant to prepare
a menu’ for those participants who are on a special food diet.
Non-alcoholic drinks
will be served during lunch.
Lunch will be from 12:00 to 13:30
Dinner
Dinner will be served at the at Hotel. There is not Alcoholic drink at hotel .
If you want to drink alcoholic , you must go to City center . City Center is 10 minutes
from hotel with taxi.
ABOUT BURSA
İt is a nice and new hotel in Bursa. and Bursa is a wonderful city in Turkey. Bursa is
a city in Turkey, located in northwestern Anatolia, within the Marmara Region. It is
the fourth most populous city in Turkey and one of the most industrialized
metropolitan centers in the country. The city is also the administrative center of Bursa
Province. It is also the 4th biggest city in Turkey.
ACTIVITY PLACES:
The activities will take place in the conference rooms at the Hotel.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROJECT
The project will be held in Bursa from November 10 , 2013 through November 17,
2013 (travel days included), and will involve approx. 42 participants coming from 16
different countries.
The countries participating are: Italy, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Macedonia,
Kosovo,Romania, Jordan , Russıa, Check Republıc, Estonia, Turkey, Georgia, Sicily,
Armenia,
Each organization will participate with 2 participants. The project covers 100% of
food and accommodations cost, while 70% of travel costs will be reimbursed.
Hereby a short summary of the Project:
* Intercultural communication is very important.
* the world has shrunk via the internet .
* Young people want to learn different cultures.
* Communication is the most effective way to learn different cultures.
* we want to to learn about a different culture by traditional handicraft .
Reimbursement modality, percentage, and tickets.
Please, remember to have with you all boarding passes, e-tickets, bus/train tickets and a
receipt of your travel agency reporting the cost of the ticket including taxes.
It is obligatory to keep your ticket receipts in order to have reimbursement,
so please don’t throw anything away. If you bought tickets through your travel agency , please
bring along the invoice stating the travel cost.
Return it to us by e-mail together with a copy of the tickets, all receipts and
boarding passes in your possession . Then, send them in original and by post to
