This is with reference to your RTI application dated-

In response to your application under reference, it is to inform you that,

violation of human righjs under section 2a(l) of RTI Act-2005.
In the instant matter, there appears to be no vioiations of Human
Rights as well as facts of the case do not attract the allegations of
comrption. Moreover, your application does not make any reference
to such allegations. Hence this department is not liable to provide
any information in this regard to you under RTI Act_2005.
Moreover, the information/question soughVasked by the applicant is
in the nature of query/clarification and does not come .under the
ambit of RTI Act, 2005. As per the provisions of RTI Act, 2005
Public Authority can only provide information which already exists
with the Public Authority or held under his control. The Public
Authority is not supposed to create information, or to interpret
information or to reply to such questions.
