increasingly so in our private lives as well. Straightforward consumer headsets can be had today from all consumer electronics
shops and can be bought without consulting or service. Professional headsets continue to represent a small investment for the
company. The decision as to which headset is suitable for which
purpose requires consulting. At the same time, it is also important
that the headset is always ready for use, this is why it requires
proper care and also fast and reliable service in the event of a defect.
Market changes
The big headset makers are looking for increasingly direct contact
with the end customer. But this is done in a relatively passive way
without direct consulting and with no service. As a dealer we do
not want to be reduced to merely «product pushers» who only
handle the logistics. Which is why we have decided to develop our
own line of headsets for the professional sector.
