Here’s an early welcome to the 2013/2014 winter season and following tradition, it starts right here with
the Salomon Expert Programme.
Throughout September, we are hosting five regional seminars which we strongly recommend your staff
attend as the sessions are designed to educate your staff with as much product information as possible
along with an opportunity to test the new range of Salomon skis on snow. This year we will also be having
a mini Back Country/Touring clinic on snow with British Mountain guide Nigel Shepherd, a true legend in
the mountains.
The seminars will provide your staff with a wealth of knowledge and experience to help increase Salomon
sales throughout the FW13/14 season. At every venue there will be a prize draw to win a pair of skis.

BINDINGS
The Guardian BC binding was the winner of ISPO and SLIDE awards last year. The binding is light and easy on the way up, with Salomon’s legendary boot hold and ski steering on the way down.
Bindings you can rely on in all situations, featuring the new STH (steel housing for extra strength and shock absorption), still the best combination of safety and shock absorption on the market.
HELMETS
Helmets are now a major percentage of sales in every ski and snowboard department. Know the

ONLINE TECHNICIAN EXAM NEW FOR 2012/13 SUITABLE FOR RETAIL AND RENTAL
As part of your risk management and customer confidence, encourage your hard goods team to take our
Technicians exam for increased knowledge on binding adjustment, care and maintenance; the essential
way to give you peace of mind. Expert witness validated.
EXAM DETAILS

Salomon Technician certificate. Live and learn.
SALOMON ON-SNOW TEST: SKI AND SNOWBOARD
We will have the latest Salomon skis with Guardian Bindings, plus a range of Salomon
snowboards for demo test at all the venues below, free of charge. Please bring your own boots.
