Like you, Scion demands the best. That’s why before a
pre-owned Scion vehicle is even considered for our
certification process, it must have less than 85,000 miles
on its odometer and must be less than six years old.
Quality Assurance Inspection
If the vehicle meets these requirements, it must pass a
rigorous 160-point Quality Assurance Inspection, which
addresses everything from the transmission to windshield
wipers and battery system to cup holders. We even roadtest each vehicle to ensure high quality performance, and
our trained technicians complete any necessary repairs
and reconditioning before we call the vehicle “certified.”
CARFAX Vehicle History Report1
The CARFAX Vehicle History Report (VHR) provides a
glimpse into a vehicle’s past and can
identify red flags, such as possible
odometer rollback or previously reported structural
damage. If a vehicle’s VHR doesn’t meet our
standards, we won’t continue the quality
inspection. Why bother?
