ABOUT BERNIE
Born, raised and trained in Germany, Bernie came to the
United States in 1994. He worked as Chef at “Le Cordon Bleu”,
“Nicole St. Pierre” and “Bistro Cappuccino”
until he opened his own “Aubergine Bistro” in 1999.
Getting tired of the long hours in Restaurant Life,
the decision was made to sell the Bistro in 2006 and start
cooking for Corporate America.
