Krazy Jake is a high energy blue-collar comedian. His storytelling and very unique
style of humor, mixed with quirky observational humor is always performed in his
native Maine tongue. He customarily takes the stage, donning his favorite outfit which
consists of his prize 15-year-old Chippewa work boots and a flannel shirt. He normally
adjusts the rating of his material based on what type of audience he is performing for.
“Some adult crowds like it nice and salty…other crowds at fundraisers, corporate
shows and such ask for me to keep it on the cleaner side…not a problem, just know
that if you require that I wear a suit, I may be asking if I can borrow one of yours!
Over the years. Jake has appeared on TV shows, independent films, commercials, and
radio programs. However, it wasn’t until he started performing stand-up comedy just
a few short years ago that he found his niche and really began to get noticed as an
entertainer. His unique down-home style makes him stand out, which is in part, why he
is one of the busiest comedians you will find.
“I try to keep it simple…to me that is the funniest material, everyday humor that we
can all identify with. My style is not about embarrassing and degrading people or oneupping the audience. I’m simply trying to make people laugh. If people are laughing,
then they are having fun. . .if they are having fun, I am doing my job and earning my
money. For the first time in my life, I feel like I am doing what I was meant to do and
I’m loving every friggin’ minute of it. Life is all about having fun! Serrussly!”
