indulged. The spa can accommodate groups of up to 150 guests, offering a customized itinerary of ELEMIS services, including:
massage, body and facial therapies; hair and nail treatments.
Wedding Day Makeup and Styling
Your special day requires special attention. Allow us to tailor our services to create lasting memories for you and to meet the
needs of your wedding party. Prices vary by season and wedding party size. Ask the Spa Director for details.
Tween and Teen Socials
For tweens and teens (as long as they are not 18), contact the spa for coolest scene to be seen. Request a listing of our tween
and teen services.

RESERVATIONS
To schedule treatments you may call our spa directly by dialing
305-774-7171 or visit www.elemisspa.com. We accept most
major credit cards and recommend pre-booking your services
although we do welcome walk-ins and will do our best to accommodate you.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
Spa guests are required to be 18 years or older. Children under 18
must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for all services.
Swimsuits are required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a credit card for all appointments and at least 24 hours’
notice for cancellation to avoid being charged the full price for your
treatments.
PURCHASE POLICY
You can exchange unopened products within 14 days of purchase
if you have a receipt. We cannot exchange any opened products.
PRICES AND GRATUITY
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We do
not include gratuity in the price of your treatment. As a guideline,
an 18-20% gratuity is customary for exemplary service.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can relax and make full use of the facilities. Regretfully,
if you are late for an appointment, we may have to shorten your
treatment time to be on schedule for the next guest. To maintain
the serenity of the spa, we ask you turn off your mobile phone and
electronic devices upon arrival.

Treatment times may vary slightly and are approximate.
VALUABLES
Spa robes and sandals are provided for your comfort. You may
leave personal belongings in a secure locker. The spa will not
assume any liability for valuables.
PETS
In consideration of other guests please leave your animals to play
while you relax at the spa.
COMMENTS
We welcome you to discuss your likes, concerns or questions with
your therapist before and after your treatment. After your experience, we would like you to share it with us via a survey that will be
sent to your e-mail account.
