Dear Brethren,
A trip to Israel is a trip of a lifetime! To see the land of the Bible, to walk where the Patriarchs and the
Messiah walked, and to eat some of the fruit of the Promised Land is as exhilarating as it can get in this
mortal life.
I invite you to join us November 3 - 14, 2013 on such a trip to the Holy Land. It will be a joy experiencing
the land and sharing our heritage with those who truly want to learn. I will be sharing a host of Biblical
teachings along the way as our Israeli guide provides historical insights.
You can join the tour from our gateway city of Newark. Our journey in the land will take us south through
Hebron and Tel Be’er Sheva to Eilat, then cross into Jordan to visit Petra. Then we will go north along the
Dead Sea and Masada. We will continue to the Galilee with Tiberias, Tel Dan, and Banias. Finally, we
will go up to Jerusalem! Our tour in Jerusalem will include the Old City and Yad Vashem (the Holocaust
memorial). I have enclosed a copy of the complete itinerary.
Please complete the enclosed registration form (one for each traveler) and submit it with your deposit as
soon as you can to reserve your place! The deadline for registering and paying your initial deposit is
Friday, July 19th. Make sure your passport is up-to-date. The expiration date cannot be before May 14,
2014, which is 6 months after November 14th, the last day of the trip. Please take note that the quoted price
of the tour does not include domestic travel to Newark, New Jersey before the tour and returning home
from Newark upon returning from Israel. Call us directly if you have any questions.

November 2 Saturday
We ask that you fly to Newark on Saturday if you cannot get a flight that would arrive not later than 10:15am Sunday
November 3 in time for the 1:15pm departure. International departures require you arrive 3 hours before your
international flight. You will need to make overnight accommodations in Newark if that is the case.
November 3 Sunday
Departure on El Al Flight 28 at 1:15pm.
November 4 Monday Homecoming in the Land
Arrive at Ben Gurion Airport at 6:30am.
Touring: Hebron, Tel Be’er Sheva, Rimon Canyon, Dinner and overnight in Eilat at the Isrotel King Solomon Hotel.
November 5 Tuesday Petra Jordan
Touring: Border crossing at Aqaba. Tour of Petra. Return to Israel and up to Ein Bokek for dinner and overnight at the
Le Méridien Hotel.
November 6 Wednesday Dead Sea, Masada and Jordan Valley
Touring: Masada, En Gedi Overview only, Qumran, Khaser Al Yehud
Dinner and overnight in Tiberias at the Leonardo Club Hotel
November 7 Thursday Golan Heights Day
Touring: Tel Dan, Banias, Mount Bental, Katzrin.

New Covenant Tours and Sar El Tours act only in the capacity of agents in all matters of transportation and
tour operations. Their liability is limited to the terms of the tickets and this registration agreement. Notice is
given that all arrangements of transportation, hotel accommodations, and other particulars of the tour are
made by New Covenant Tours as agent upon the express condition that they shall not be liable for any injury,
damage, loss accident, delays or inconvenience caused by any defect in the operation of any vehicle or airline.
New Covenant Tours shall have no liability for inconveniences caused by acts of terrorism, war, bankruptcy of
service providers, or other circumstances outside the normal control of New Covenant Tours. Full payment of
the tour price constitutes an agreement that the tour participant understands and agrees to all conditions and
information listed above and those further listed as “General Conditions.” The agents reserve the right to alter
the itinerary or hotel accommodations as may be deemed necessary or beyond our control and in the best
interest of the tour party as a whole. The agents reserve the right to cancel the tour prior to departure and to
decline acceptance of any person as a member of the tour. Passengers acknowledge by their registration that
New Covenant Tours is not responsible for securing roommates and that prices are based on double
occupancy. Registration constitutes acceptance of these general conditions.
Additional Fuel Surcharges
Additional fuel surcharges may be added by the airlines prior to departure. Current fuel surcharges are
included in the advertised price of this tour. Future increases will be the responsibility of each passenger and
must be paid before ticketing.
