Our family would like to thank all who have purchased our pure maple products
at the Monadnock Co-op. We take great pride in providing the very best pure
maple syrup, candy and cream that we can and truly appreciate your patronage.
Please take note that over the coming weeks you will see a change in the labeling
of Rock Maple Farm’s and of all pure maple syrup.
Effective January 1, 2016, New Hampshire will be joining other US states in
adopting the International Grading System. This new grading system will allow
consumers to purchase syrup with the same grade name in every state, province
or country, thus eliminating confusion. Some sugar makers have already made the
switch, but all must comply as of January 1, 2016.
In essence, this is a name change only, so please be assured that you will still be
buying the same great taste and quality that you are accustomed to. The chart
below details all the changes. We at Rock Maple Farm hope that you continue to
enjoy our pure maple products as much as we enjoy making them. THINK MAPLE!
