RHINO HYDE High Mount Truck Hopper & Chute Liners Mixing concrete can be a difficult process, and is especially taxing on your mixing equipment. In recent years, the value of lining equipment has become readily apparent; however, if you’re not using the proper lining materials, lining your equipment can cause excessively long shut-downs. The Rhino Hyde Products group knows this, and for that reason, we have developed our High Mount Truck Hopper Liners (contoured and non-contoured) and Main Chute Liners. FEATURES: One-piece, seamless design. Specially-formulated Rhino Hyde resists wear & sticking. MOLDED CONTOURED HOPPER LINER FOR McNEILUS TRUCKS 3/8” thickness for extended wear-life. Light-weight: about 50 lbs. Easy installation: complete job completed in an hour. NON-CONTOURED LINERS ARE AVAILABLE FOR BOTH HIGH MOUNT HOPPERS AND FOR LOWER MAIN CHUTES. THESE ECONOMICAL LINERS FIT ALL MAKES OF CONCRETE TRUCKS, INCLUDING LONDON, MCNEILUS, ADVANCE & OTHERS. RHINO HYDE PRODUCTS. SINCE 1965. INSTALLATION - High Mount Hoppers The contoured hopper liner slides directly into the hopper because it’s made specifically for the McNeilus hopper. Once in place, the liner is secured through bolting or riveting in the following manner: 4 bolts (rivets) evenly spaced along the upper angle and 2 bolts (rivets) placed across from one another on the sides of the lower part of the intake chute. Some drilling may be required. Proven Applications. Proven Products. Cement Mixer Liners Saddle Blocks Cyclone Liners The non-contoured hopper liners and main chute liners have a fabric-backing. These liners are installed by applying caulking along the back-side perimeter of the liner and then securing with bolts & nuts (not supplied) every 10” to 12” along the perimeter. Should you have any difficulties during the installation process, we invite you to call our on-site technical staff, who are able to troubleshoot your problem right over the phone, free of charge! In 1987, Tandem Products acquired the Rhino Hyde Products Group, and began using the original formulation for new applications such as chemicals, aggregates, cement, concrete, mining and other industrial material handling situations. Through the years, we have developed additional formulations so that we are able to offer our customers the best urethane component for your specific application. Today, we are known for our high quality products, our exceptional customer service and innovation, best demonstrated by our ability to introduce new products to the market on a yearly basis.
