Committed to setting a new standard in business citizenship and community outreach, Keller Williams Realty, Inc. announced its first annual RED
Day took place on May 14, 2009. RED Day, which stands for Renew, Energize and Donate, is a community service initiative engaging the company’s
associates in giving back to the communities they serve across the United
States and Canada.
“Given the current economic climate, we know there are countless nonprofits or community projects that are in need of resources and volunteers.
We see this as an opportunity to give back to the communities that support
our agents and offices,” said Mark Willis, CEO of Keller Williams Realty,
Inc. “With 73,000 associates, we have the numbers to go out into our communities and really make an impact – and there couldn’t be a better time to
lend that helping hand.”
RED Day is dedicated in honor of the company’s Vice Chairman, Mo
Anderson, because of her constant commitment to the company’s culture
and tireless support of her community.
“As real estate agents, we live and breathe our neighborhoods and our
communities,” said Anderson. “I am thrilled that our agents are taking this
opportunity to show the world that the third largest real estate company in
the United States is a leader in real estate and in our community. I can only
imagine how this will grow in the coming years.”
With more than 690 offices across the United States and Canada, RED
Day was expected to be the biggest community service event in the real
estate industry’s history.
With the wonderful weather, attendance at Sunfest was
high. Festival goers really enjoyed the stage performances, and of course those amazing, frisbee-catching dogs.

Grateful Donation Recipients
Family Crisis and Counseling Center staff, Chrissy Templeton, Sylvia
Starr and Barbara Turner along with Private Quarters Consultant, Cathy
Cowan, are surrounded by a portion of the generous bedding donations
made in the recent “Sponsor a Bed” fundraiser that was run locally here in
Bartlesville in conjunction with the National Private Quarters Campaign
“Share the Comfort.” Every year in April,
Private Quarters, a direct sales company
specializing in luxury linens for the bed and
bath, donates new Private Quarters bedding
products to battered women’s shelters and
homeless shelters throughout the United
States. Last year Private Quarters donated
over $100,000 in bedding products nationally. Here in Bartlesville, Chamber
members, individuals, social groups and companies generously donated over
$2,000 in new PQ bedding to our local FCC shelter.
The response to this need was overwhelming and so gratefully received
by the shelter. Family Crisis and Counseling Center is a member of the

Woolaroc’s Kidsfest 2009: Return to
the Wild, Wild West
June 27 & 28 - 10 am to 5 pm
This year’s Kidsfest will focus on the theme of
the old west and what it was like to live in those
days. Re-enactors will establish their camps on
the grounds of Woolaroc with Mountain Men,
Cowboys and Indians, showing the kids the
authentic lifestyle of those wild days. Children
will have the opportunity to learn, observe and
sometimes even participate in the action as these
people share the stories and the history of those
wild and rugged days.
Crafts and games and good food, as always, will still be a part of Kidsfest, but
this year marks the opportunity for Woolaroc and our guests to reach back and
touch a part of history that has slipped away.
