This is how Primo document
shredders handle your secrets:
1. The hard core
All Primo machines have a unique ”hard core”. They are equipped with specially hardened 100% steel cutting rollers, which are practically impervious to
wear, and cannot be damaged even by paper clips.
2. More power - less friction
The Primo strip cut shredders only use their force where it is really needed.
Sophisticated technology and precision engineering almost completely eliminate friction losses. Less friction means more power, less wear and low
energy consumption.
3. Jam-free operation
The cutting devices on the particle cut machines are also characterised by a
power-saving solution. Their especially geometry and stripper mechanism
guarantee a precise cut with a minimum of force. To ensure that your documents are destroyed smoothly and securely, all Primo models are equipped
with this stripping device. This reliably prevents cut paper from sticking in the
cutting unit and blocking it.
Primo Compact Class
The entry-level models are highquality document shredders which
are suited for shredding confidental
paper at home or in small offices.
With their compact dimensions they
are perfect to be placed next to or
under the desk.
Primo Office Class
The devices of the Office series
are designed to shred documents
and also CDs directly at the desk or
at a central place in large offices.
The various security levels up to
HS Level 6 provide the security you
desire.
4. It runs and runs and runs
Only high-performance motors are used in the Primo models. The gears are
very robustly designed and their excellent gear ratio guarantees outstanding
efficiency and load capacity. The optimum overall design of all the cutting
device components enable the machines to achieve even higher cutting
capacity with a low drive power.

period of use (ON/OFF time).

Efficiently equipped, the professionals amongst the Primo devices are

Primo Premium Class
The endurance runners and powerpacks are designed for large
throughputs. They are specialised
in continuous operation and shred
up to 650 sheets per run. The top
model of the Premium Class even
shreds complete folders without
any difficulties.

The state of the art cardboard shredders.
HSM Primo Pack 4000 and 4250 are the perfect solution for all
despatching and warehouse areas. They instantly convert bulky
used cardboard containers of goods delivered into an allpurpose and first of all free packaging material.
Our cardboard shredders distinguish themselves by:
• Cutting and perforation in one cycle meaning time-consuming
pre-cutting of cardboard is no longer required
• Perforation and padding follow in exactly dimensioned intervals.
• The practical measuring scale allows you to quickly measure
the width of material you require
• A generously proportioned supporting table ensures comfortable and simple operation
• Naturally, the shredders meet all national and international
safety standards
• Last but not least - our two high-tech Primo Pack
machines offer excellent price-/performance ratio
Cutting and perforation in one cycle. The
end result is self-produced, high-quality
packaging material.
The special groove form of the cutting and
perforation rollers ensures particularly effective padding
Technical advantages:
• The hardened cutting rollers, made from a
single piece of metal, are completely resistant to damage from paper clips and other
soft metal items
• The special geometry of the cutting rollers
guarantees even, optimum padding of the
material
• Specially hardened perforating rollers and
sturdy bearing plates guarantee reliable
padding without bending, twisting or catching in the cutting unit - thus extending
