The Knights of Columbus Council 5803 invites you to participate as a sponsor in our 29th Annual
Chili Cook-Off and Car Show, Sunday, June 12, 2016 on the Saint Rose of Lima school grounds in Simi
Valley. The Knights of Columbus is an International Fraternal Benefit Society, which supports charities in
our community. This event’s proceeds will help support the Knights in our charitable good works. Don’t be
left out of the biggest event of the year in Simi Valley! This year will be bigger and better then ever. Last
year thousands of people came and enjoyed a day of fun and food. Our car show has over 130 cars. We
have over 80 vendors, we have over 20 chili cooks. We offer a large kids amusement area as well as a food
court. This event will be advertised in newspaper, direct mail and radio and television. The needs in the
community are greater then ever this year and we are looking for sponsors. We offer sponsorships ranging
from $50.00 to $1,000. ALL SPONSORS WILL HAVE THEIR NAME PRINTED IN THE CHURCH
BULLETIN AND KNIGHTS NEWSLETTERS WHERE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WILL SEE
YOUR NAME!

$50.00 Friend of the Knights Ad. We will print your name in our church bulletin and Knights of Columbus
Bulletin. Approximately 6,000 will see your name! Help those in need for only $50.00!
$100.00 Banner Ad. If you provide you own banner, we will prominently display it on the school grounds the day
of the event where thousands of people will see it. We will print also your name in our church bulletin and Knights
of Columbus Bulletin. Approximately 6,000 will see your name!
$200.00 Banner Ad. If you do not have a banner, we will make one and we will prominently display it on the
school grounds the day of the event where thousands of people will see it. We will print also your name in our
church bulletin and Knights of Columbus Bulletin. Approximately 6,000 will see your name!
$500.00 Sponsorship We will post your banner on the school grounds as well as on the church fence. Every car
on Royal Avenue as well as the Saint Rose Parishioners will see your Ad. We will also post another banner on the
chili cook-off grounds. We will print your name in our church bulletin and Knights of Columbus Bulletin.
Over 10,000 will see your name!
$1000.00 Corporate Sponsor. Provide your company logo and we will add it in our print advertising. We will
post your banner on the school grounds as well as on the church fence. Every car on Royal Avenue as well as the
Saint Rose Parishioners will see your ad. We will also post another banner on the chili cook-off grounds. We will
print your name in our church bulletin and Knights of Columbus Bulletin as well as our websites. Over 50,000
will see your name! We will also provide a free vendor booth and 10 admission tickets.
