designed for professional standard wheel alignment, with 8-sensor
technology, 17” display and a smaller control panel.
The user-friendly software facilitates quick and
accurate measuring.
First of all, the new-generation John Bean wheel aligners feature a completely new measuring technology based on an
infra-red system with CCD sensors. This technology provides
a significantly wider toe measuring range of +/-30°. Furthermore, the caster and kingpin inclination sensors were
modified to cover a new measuring range of +/-15°. The new
sensors cope with disturbances of up to 100 g.

The sensor heads consist of an internal aluminium frame, an
adapter bolt with ball-bearing and two half-shells made of
shock-resistant plastic.
The wheel aligners continue to be equipped with the wellproven PRO 32 software containing all the well-known John
Bean programmes. The system can also be adjusted to suit
the respective workplace. This feature continues to be a vital
element in the John Bean philosophy. In fact, a wheel aligner
works only as accurately as it takes account of the unevenness of the workplace.
