feet. The Shreveport Convention Center is the perfect

The Bossier Civic Center offers 24,000 square feet
of unobstructed space for competitions, meetings,

capable of holding up to 14,000 patrons, and features
16 private suites and a clubhouse. This venue can host

HIRSCH MEMORIAL COLISEUM
The Hirsch is capable of seating 8,500 fans. It has
five meeting rooms, four dressing rooms, over 28,000
square feet on the arena floor, and the ceiling is 90 feet
from the floor. The Coliseum rests on the Fairgrounds,
which is home to the Louisiana State Fair. Adjacent to
the Coliseum is a 20,000 square foot livestock barn.

Located on the banks of the Red River, this 16,200
square foot space has a stage, theatre style seating for

MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM
The Municipal Auditorium is located in downtown
Shreveport and is most known for hosting The Louisiana
Hayride, made famous by Elvis Presley, Johnny Horton,
Hank Williams, and Johnny Cash. This historical building
allows for 3,000 spectators, provides 6,300 square feet
of event space and has been used for a wide variety of
events ranging from cheerleading to UFC cage fighting.

Hirsch Memorial Coliseum
Independence Stadium, home to the Independence Bowl, has hosted
LSU, Notre Dame, Alabama and Ole Miss, just to name a few, as well
as a Dallas Cowboys vs. New Orleans Saints exhibition game. The
venue also plays host to NCAA youth clinics, Fit for Life events, and
major college and high school football and soccer match ups.

Since 1976, Independence Stadium has proudly hosted
the Collegiate Bowl game known as the Independence
Bowl. Independence Stadium’s assets include a
synthetic turf field and Diamond Vision screen. The

CARGILL SPORTS COMPLEX
This minor league baseball stadium boasts 4,600 seats,
a computerized scoreboard, air conditioned skybox,
pressbox, concession stands, and seating overlooking
the field from above the dugout. Fair Grounds Field
is known for it’s “green monster” centerfield wall--a
whopping 400 feet from home plate.

Almond Fields is a little league sized park with a major
league attitude when it comes to helping children of
all backgrounds to enjoy the game of baseball. With
a total of eight fields, athletes ranging from ages 5-13
can enjoy playing on these fields. The facility boasts
bleacher seating for 100 at each field and centrally
located restrooms and concessions.

This multi-use complex offers 10 fields ideal for both
slow and fastpitch youth and adult softball, covered
stands, covered dugouts and electronic scoring
systems. The soccer complex has 13 fields of varying
sizes, concessions, bleacher seating, and ample parking

CENTENARY NATATORIUM
This swim facility boasts a 25 yard indoor heated pool
complete with 8 lanes and start blocks, along with an
on-site sauna and fitness center. Fully equipped locker
rooms are available for team use during your event, as
well as a state-of-the-art PA system for announcements
and commentary. This facility can host up to 250
spectators.
Noted as one of the most beautiful lakes in America,
Caddo Lake is our own hidden paradise. This calm lake
is home to many largemouth bass, catfish, crappie, and
chain pickerel and is perfect to host events of any size.
Caddo Lake is used by a variety of groups including film
makers, anglers and local organizations.
Located on Cross Lake, this beautiful 15-acre park
provides two boat ramps, 60-foot dock, paved parking,
handicapped-accessible fishing pier, picnic tables with
grills, a pavilion, and two playgrounds. Cross Lake is
known for producing some of the largest largemouth
bass in the area. This cypress lined lake is an excellent
location for anglers, skiers and sailing enthusiasts.
AQUATIC CENTERS
The Red River is a fisherman’s dream! Teeming with
catfish, bass, and white perch, the Red River is a
challenging and exciting gateway to adventure. Host
of the 2009 and 2012 Bassmaster Classic, this river is
becoming the most popular destination for anglers and
boaters to visit and enjoy. Asphalt trails along the Red
River allow for cycling and running events.
River Bend RV Park and Marina is located on the lively
Red River. This facility features three boat launches
(one single and two double wide), on-water gas station,
RV hook ups, convenience store, cabin rentals, large
covered pavilion area, guide services, boat rentals, dry
boat storage, and boat slip rentals.

The Centenary Gold Dome has hosted events such as
basketball and gymnastics tournaments at the collegiate

courts, eight volleyball courts, and 16 badminton courts.
