Langan Treadwell Rollo performed a geotechnical investigation for the new San
Francisco 49ers NFL Stadium. The proposed development consists of construction of a
68,500-seat, open-air NFL football stadium, an elevated pedestrian walkway at plaza
level, and three new pedestrian bridges across the San Tomas Aquino Creek.

NEWARK AIRPORT MARRIOTT HOTEL EXPANSION

Langan is providing geotechnical, survey, civil, and landscape architectural services for
the renovation and expansion of the Newark Marriott Airport Hotel. The project includes
constructing a 10,000 SF ballroom plus additional pre-function service and support
space, providing a new ADA accessible entrance to the building and removing and
reconfiguring existing parking, sidewalks, and site utilities around the new ballroom.

CHRISTIANA MALL REDEVELOPMENT

Langan has provided survey, geotechnical, and site engineering services for the
redevelopment of the Christiana Mall. The expansion of the mall involves the demolition
of the existing Strawbridge's department store and the construction of a 138,000-SF
Nordstrom. The main mall area will also be expanded bringing new lifestyle stores into
the in-line retail corridors and additional exterior mini-anchor stores.
