EXAM REGISTRATION
Exam Registration task is used to register exam for the student.
How To Access Exam Registration Screen
1. From Main Screen, click Examination Menu. List of submenu for the Examination
Module will be displayed on left screen.
2. Click Exam Schedule Submenu. List of tasks for the Exam Schedule Submenu will be
displayed.
3. Click Exam Registration task. Search Exam Registration Screen will be displayed on the
working area as shown in Figure 1.1a

4. Select Academic Term
5. Check in either student id or IC/Passport Number and enter search information based on
checked.
6. Click Search button. List of Subject for the student will be appeared as shown in figure
1.1b.

Note: For student who has not yet register, examgroup column are empty and ‘tick to
confirm’ column were checked and highlighted.
From List of Subject for the Student (figure 1.1b), you will be able to;


Registration Exam
Print Exam Registration
To Register Exam
1.
Uncheck the subjects are not to be registered for the exam. Make sure all subjects for
the exam were checked
2.
Click Confirm button. For the subject registered for the exam, exam group code will be
appeared in the ExamGroup column and ‘Tick toconfirm’ column are checked. For not
registered, message ‘No FinalExam’ will be appeared in the ExamGroup column and
‘Tick toconfirm’ column are unchecked. Then, ’Tick toconfirm’ column will be dimmed
as shown in figure 1.1c.

To Print Exam Registration

Click Print button. Exam Registration Report will be displayed as shown in figure 1.1c.
Then, follow by Print dialog box will be displayed as shown in figure 1.1d.

ATTENDANCE
Exam Attendance task is used to record the attendance of student for the exam.
How To Access Exam Attendance Screen
1. From Main Screen, click Examination Menu. List of submenu for the Examination
Module will be displayed on left screen.
2. Click Lecturer Submenu. List of tasks for the Lecturer Submenu will be displayed.
3. Click ExamGroupList task. Search Exam Group List Screen will be displayed on the
working area as shown in Figure 2.1a

4. Select academic term and exam type from drop down menu on a respective field. List of
Exam Group for the invigilator will be appeared as shown in figure 2.1b.

Click Student ExamAttendance List function on a particular exam group record. List of
Student for the Exam Group will be displayed as shown in figure 2.1c.

Check in the checkbox on a particular student to attend exam.

Once completed, click Back button. Search Exam Group List Screen (figure 2.1a) will be
displayed.
8. they can check ChiefInvigilatonTimetable also by clicking on ChiefInvigilatonTimtable
