Location of industrial park
Land plot, prepared for establishment of industrial park, is located on the northern part of city of Shostka. Industrial site
borders a well-known in the past plant “Svema”, which was producing photo, video and roentgen films.

Functional purpose of industrial park
Industrial park is being established to shorten “the time to market” for potential investors in Ukraine as well as to develop
industrial infrastructure on the determined territory.
Priority spheres of activity on the territory of industrial park are: production of chemical goods, construction materials,
pharmaceutics and wood processing (the list of priority spheres of activity can be modified or extended according to the
needs of potential residents).
Life cycle of industrial park
Industrial park “SVEMA” is established for 30 years with the possibility to extend the life cycle for any other needed term.
Technical specifics of industrial park
Area – 92 hectares.

Access to industrial park
For managing company:
- acquisition of right to rent the land plot, on which the industrial park is established, for 49 years. This will allow the
managing company to provide the residents of industrial park with separate land parcels within the park and to charge
them the rental fee (besides providing other supplementary services). Minimum rent on the territory of industrial park
“SVEMA” amounts to 102 UAH/m².
