Insight into the manufacturing
We process the most different metals as
parent, strip, and bar material and cut-outs
in the following dimensions:
❱ Parent material from 15 to 400 mm width and
from 0.5 to 6 mm thickness
❱ Strip and bar material up to 12 mm thickness
❱ Cut-outs up to 1000 x 2000 mm
The manufacturing is carried out on stamping
presses in follow-on composite technology or on
eccentric, hydraulic, and screw presses in single
working steps.
Sheets up to a thickness of 6 mm can be cut with the
plate shear and bent with the folding press up to a
length of 2.5 m.
The different components can be welded
manually or by the robot. For this, we use the
most modern MIG/MAG, WIG, and spot
welding plants.
In our tool manufacturing we produce:
