Dear parents,
We are happy to get back in
touch with you. We had many fun-filled &
educational activities as field trips in the
month of June. This was an integral part of
the holistic learning approach we adopt at
JSS Private school. The visits were arranged
to various places,like the visit to the Rashid
Hospital & Al-Quoz construction site. We had
many awareness programs as well for our
young children & our future adults. We hope
to make learning a a fun-filled experience this
month too.

Visit to the Sharjah Museum
The Sharjah Museum is located in the heart of Sharjah.The
students of grades 1-10 got the opportunity to visit the
Museum which houses the ancient things of the UAE. Students
Got to see the ancient Qur’an which had been written in the
manuscripts present at that time; they got to see the ancient
& medieval pots that were being used at that time. Students
further explored the navigation equipments like the
compassesas well as mathematical instruments like the
protractor,compass, rulers. It was truly an exciting as well an
Educational trip.We thank the Islamic department of our
school.

part of an event organized at
Lamcee Plaza where they interacted

Hospital
The students of JSS PS visited the Al Mamzar Center
for the elderly
as well as Rashid Hospital. It was a moving experience
for the
students.
Visit to Al Qouz Labor Camp
The visit to the Al
Quoz labor camp
was a success.
Students handed
near to 100 goody
bags to the
laborers. It was a
touching
experience for all.

 In lieu of our school Inspection Grade 9 & 10 SA1 exams
which were scheduled for 19th Sep 2013 are postponed and
will now begin from 29thSep 2013. Exam portions remain
the same.
 The Time Table for the same can be obtained from the school
website.
 Please Note: Computer Science and Islamic Studies/Value Education
exams will be conducted on 09/10/2013 (Wednesday) and
10/10/2013 (Thursday) respectively during the school
hours.
 School timings from 29/09/2013 to 08/10/2013 will be
from 7.45am to 11.45am
Last but not the least We would like to
thank the Parents for taking out their
precious time to come and meet us on Open
Day. We hope the feedback you received from
us proved fruitful and we can help each other
better in bringing about an all round
development of your wards. We hope to continue to
make learning a a fun-filled experience in
September too.
