• Chemical Resistance: Unique ChemCor polyethylene thermoplastic
seamless liner protects all interior cabinet surfaces from rust and corrosion. No
uncoated brackets or fasteners to leak or corrode. Non-porous surface resists
staining and cleans easily and thoroughly.

• Color and Size Choice: Six lab oriented colors to coordinate with existing
casework in nineteen convenient sizes including ADA compliant height. Other
sizes and styles of cabinets are available with the ChemCor lining. Ask customer

• Durability: 18-gauge, double wall, all-welded steel construction holds
squareness to standup to heavy use while offering proven fire protection.
Specially formulated all-epoxy powder-coat paint retains high gloss and provides
long life and extra protection from corrosion. Welded shelf hangers interlock with
shelf to offer maximum stability with no flimsy brackets to lose.
• Easy-to-use Features: Easy close, self-latching doors ensure complete
closure so the three-point latching system works the first time and every time.
Exclusive "spill catcher" shelves adjust easily on 21/4" centers. Heavy gauge
galvanized steel shelves are ribbed to support 350 lbs.
Leakproof 2" bottom sump captures spills. On self-close models, fusible links
hold doors open and melt at 165ºF for automatic closure under fire conditions.
Self-close mechanism is hidden to provide obstruction-free access to shelf space.
• Code Compliance: Cabinets are fully compliant with NFPA Code 30 and
prevailing OSHA standards. Most are FM approved and self-close models
conform to the Uniform Fire Code.

Interior ChemCor™ liner ensures maximum corrosion-resistance and
protection. All models have the same quality features found in Justrite’s
flammable cabinets — including double-wall, 18-gauge, welded steel
construction, 2" liquid tight containment sump, dual vents, adjustable
shelves, three-point self-latching doors and leveling feet. 30-Gallon, blue
powder coat finished steel safety cabinets include an extra polyethylene
work tray which can be secured to cabinet top for a handy work surface.
Centura™ ChemCor™ Lined Safety Cabinets are offered in six color choices
to coordinate with laboratory casework, and have a 4"H x 3"D kickplate for
convenient undercounter or fume hood use. All cabinets meet OSHA and
NFPA regulations and most are FM approved. Self-close models also
comply with the Uniform Fire Code.

Chemical Compatibility
Justrite Safety Cabinets with the ChemCor™ Liner have been tested with
more than 300 chemicals and are suitable for many including: Acetone,
Hydrochloric Acid, Hydrogen Chloride, Phosphoric Acid and more.
Call customer service for information on other chemicals.
The suppliers of these chemical data encourage all users to conduct their own backup tests to
check the suitability of a cabinet for a specific application.
Because of the complex nature of chemicals, Justrite cannot offer specific recommendations
on chemical compatibility. Your chemical supplier, MSDS sheets, or other expert sources
should be consulted. To aid in your decision process to select the appropriate Justrite product
for your application, contact Justrite Customer Service to obtain sample material parts for you
to test with the chemicals you are using. Justrite makes no guarantee of results and assumes
