In particolare si occupa di progettare stampi in collaborazione con specialisti del settore e produrre con gli stessi tali particolari, rispettando le normative che si adattano a tali prodotti. La produzione si articola su due linee di ADATTATORI : quelli proprietari vedi Panduit e quelli unificati tipo KEYSTONE che si possono utilizzare per vari costruttori. Il mercato di riferimento per quanto riguarda gli adattatori è quello dei distributori italiani ed esteri di prese RJ45 dei vari marchi. Ha altresì collaborazioni con aziende che producono apparecchiature per il settore networking a cui fornisce particolari progettati ad hoc. Nell’ ottica di ampliamento dell’ attività e con la competenza acquisita dai nostri collaboratori in molti anni di attività nel settore telefonico, cabling rame e fibra ottica e networking, Adamatica fornisce consulenza per i prodotti utilizzati in tali settori. La consulenza si rivolge ad installatori telefonici, elettrici e società che si occupano di informatica con installazione di reti sia per fonia che per dati, aiutando l’installatore nella scelta del prodotto adeguato alla richiesta dei propri clienti. Company ADAMATICA is born as a production company of adapters for socket RJ45 to insert in the civil series of primary manufacturers. It also has collaborations with companies that produce equipments for the networking sector to which furnishes particolar and personalized projected for their necessity. In point of view of amplification of the activity and with the competence acquired by our collaborators in many years of activity in the telephone sector, cabling copper and fiber optic and networking, ADAMATICA furnishes consultation for the products used in these sectors. The consultation refers to telephone tecnicians, voters and society that deal with computer science with installations of nets both for fonia that for data, heling the technician in the choice of the suitable product to the application of its/his own clients. MACCHINE La sempre più presente richiesta di riduzione dei tempo di consegna (TIME TO MARKET) da parte dei nostri clienti ci ha spinto verso una costante innovazione del parco macchine ed una integrazione globale con i sistemi informatici gestionali (CAD-CAM+PLANNING). Oggi siamo in grado di produrre i primi pezzi stampati di un particolare di media difficoltà dalla fase di ottimizzazione del progetto e la successiva progettazione e costruzione dello stampo in poche settimane. Nel caso di assiemi la campionatura competa si può ottenere entro i sei/otto settimane. L’attuale produttività del reparto costruzione stampi è molto elevata e questo abbrevia la realizzazione di nuovi particolari stampati. Una particolare attenzione è posta ovviamente alla qualità delle materie prime adottate e alla precisione di lavorazione (matrici temprate, finiture di elettroerosione, ecc.) al fine di ottenere una elevata qualità del prodotto sempre costante dall’inizio alla fine della produzione prevista nel target di progetto. Nel reparto di stampaggio plastica sono installate, macchine ad iniezione a controllo numerico di ultima generazione con aggiornamenti costanti. E’ stato inoltre realizzato un reparto specifico per il collaudo stampi in grado di eseguire anche operazione di ricerca e sviluppo sulle tecnologie di stampaggio e sui materiali. Anche in questo reparto la produzione e il sistema di controllo vengono gestiti secondo lo standard qualitativo. MACHINES The more and more pressing application of reduction of the times of delivery (TIME TO MARKET) by our clients, has pusher us toward a constant innovation of the rollingstock and a global integration with the managerial computer systems (CADCAM+PLANNING). Today we are able to produce the first printed pieces of a detail of average difficulty, from the phase of optimization of the project and the following planning and construction of the cast, in few weeks. In the case of groups, the complete sampling can be gotten within six/eight weeks. The actual productivity of the cast construction department is very eleveted and this shortens the realization of new particolar casts. A particolar attention is obviously set to the quality of the adopt of prime goods and the precision of workmanship (tempered matrice, finishes ef electric erosion, etc.) with the purpose to get an elevated product quality, always constant from the beginning to the end of the expected prduciton i the project target. In the department of plastic molding, there are installed of last generatio, some injection and numerical control machines with constant updatings. In addition, it was realized a specific research and development for the cast testing able to perform research and development operations on the molding tecnologies and on the materials too.
