This author house is placed in one of the most exclusive
neighbourhoods of Madrid's city centre. Surrounded by
19th century buildings, design shops, trendy restaurants,
theatres and art galleries, it enjoys a complete peace
despite of being in the city's nerve centre.

This penthouse has 100 square metres. It is distinguished
by the light. We can stare aimlessly the sky through its
large windows.
!
The interior design project has been developed by The
Sibarist and M-Arte. The aim is to transpose the host to a
peaceful world, connected to the sky that comes in through
the windows and with the land and its minerals. Colours that
wrap through contemporary style, with strokes that recall an
artic refuge. We can find design pieces by Mykilos living
togheter with art works signed by Seann Brackin, Javier
Sánchez Medina photos by Silvia Zahinos Carvajal and an
original Long Board by Ebeno Pinto. Each one of the five
elements is present, what provides a perfect balance.
It has two double rooms and two bathrooms. The living
room has a big daybed. Capacity: 5 people.
The Sibarist Salesas is a haven of peace in the most
sophisticated Madrid.

NEIGHBOURHOOD: LAS SALESAS · CHUECA
The neighbourhood of las Salesas, placed between Chueca
and Recoletos, has turned its two main streets, Almirante and
Piamonte, into showcases of new trends.
!
This is the area of Madrid where everyone wants to be. It is
only one step away from Recoletos, Chueca square and Gran
vía, and is considered the new golden mile of Madrid.
!
Due to its 19th century buildings, its hotels and boutiques,
its contemporary art galeries, and to the wide and highquality gastronomic offer, it has become one of the most
glamorous areas of the city.
!
Those lovers of design will find fashion stores of great national
and international firms, as well as the latest innovations in
decoration. For gourmets, the neighbourhood can offer an
exquisite selection of restaurants and coffee shops that will
delight the senses of the most demanding clients.
!
The Teatro María Guerrero and the showroom Fundación
Mapfre, one of the most interesting showrooms in Madrid, can
also be found in this neighbourhood.
The shop of the
showroom, where a fine selection of art books and curious gift
pieces can be found, is an obligatory visit.

DEPOSIT: 300 €. Deposit paid
upon arrival. It will be returned in a
4-day time limit if the house does
not present damages. The deposit
can be paid with credit card upon
arrival.

Shuttles, diary cleaning,
tickets for events... to be checked.

PAYMENT:
50% - upon confirmation.
50% - 15 days before arrival.
The house lease contract
will be signed upon arrival.

case of cancellation or NO SHOW.

community. We beg you to be
extremely careful between 22:00 hrs
