Olives Restaurant at the Bellagio Casino & Hotel

DESCRIPTION
Our Workshop custom manufactured seven hanging chandeliers for Todd English's famous restaurant. Design by
Jeffrey Beers, these fixtures, which contain 15 light sources, are manufactured from steel and brass, have a Lumicast®
three dimensional clear polymer diffuser, and an antique brass finish.

Eight Light Chandelier
DESCRIPTION
Our Workshop manufactured a pair of matching eight-arm chandeliers in bronze with hand rubbed finish. The
chandeliers have a combination of incandescent light to illuminate the fixture bowl and arms, plus adjustable MR-16
spots for targeted down light. The decorative banding is custom designed, and cast in bronze. Each arm has an
octagonal fitter with hand blown frosted glass shades. Fixture designed by Soucie-Horner, Ltd

This custom manufactured fixture from our Workshop has a hand-made wood veneer paneled shade, which rests on
a steel frame pendant with bronze finish and bottom acrylic diffuser. The project comprises a matching set of single
and double shade fixtures.

Our Workshop manufactured custom drum pendants and matching half-round wall sconces. The laminated shades are
hand-made with self fold trim top and bottom. The drum pendant has a bottom fabric diffuser and decorative finial,
and the matching wall sconce has perforated metal diffusers top and bottom, with decorative round finials.

Finleys Grill Room

SHADE DESCRIPTION
This unique shade pendant is custom-manufactured from an architectural vinyl film printed with wood grain. It is stain
and abrasion resistant—perfect for restaurant use. The shades pictured at Finleys can be found in their dining room,
and are 36 x 12 inches.
ABOUT THE VINYL FILM
The vinyl film is a thin, flexible PVC with a protective top layer. It simulates a variety of natural and synthetic finishes
including wood, granite, marble, stucco and just about anything else. It can be manufactured into virtually any
shade pendant. The possibilities are endless! Water does not penetrate the film, so it can be easily cleaned with
commercially available synthetic detergents and a soft cloth or sponge.

backplate was salvaged from a register grate from the original Chicago Mercantile Exchange building. The sconces have

Rockefeller Chapel, University of Chicago
LOCATION

DESCRIPTION
Restoration and upgrade of all historic light fixtures for the entire chapel, including nave, chancel, transepts, narthex,
and ambulatory. Project scope included finish restoration, electrical upgrade and retrofit, and replacement of leaded
bent glass panels. In addition, duplication of missing original fixtures was required as a component of the project.

Mrs. Nickerson’s Sitting Room, Historic Nickerson Mansion

DESCRIPTION
Restoration of a pair of Tiffany Studio 12-light art glass and brass chandeliers. Entire project included restoration of
over 40 Tiffany Studio chandeliers, lamps and fixtures.
HISTORIC NICKERSON MANSION
Originally built in 1883 for Samuel M. Nickerson by the distinguished firm of Burling and Whitehouse. The Mansion
is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a local Chicago Landmark. Between 2003 and 2008, the
mansion underwent a meticulous conservation and restoration program. Both the exterior and interior involved
careful restoration, including marble and stone, wood floors and paneling, stained glass, original light fixtures and
interior finishes. Finally, the mansion was decorated with period rooms reflecting an authentic glimpse into late
19th-century and early 20th-century interior decoration.

Dining Room, Historic Nickerson Mansion

DESCRIPTION
Chandelier - Restoration of patinated bronze eight-arm American Renaissance chandelier. The chandelier has four
arms in the shape of French horns, with wild boar heads between. In addition, four five-light candle arms in the form
of oak leaves with acorns supply additional light. Each candle has a hand-sewn silk lampshade.
Torchères - Pair of neo-Pompeian bronze torchères with lions. Base and stem are original, nine-light candle
cluster was recreated based on similar period design. Each candle has a hand-sewn silk lampshade.
Gasoliers - Cast brass gasolier with hand rubbed finish duplicated to resemble missing originals. Acid etched globe shade.

A turn of the century style tavern and restaurant, Charlie's resembles a local neighborhood gathering spot. Our
Workshop custom manufactured ceiling pendants for Charlie's four Chicago restaurants from a historic original. Each
fixture is manufactured from bronze with antique bronze finish and white opal glass.

Sacred Heart Church

DESCRIPTION
Built between 1878 and 1891, Sacred Heart Church is one of the oldest churches in Indianapolis. Our Workshop
restored a brass hanging lantern that was destroyed when it fell from its support. The project included foundry
casting new panels based on an original in order to completely rebuild the lantern frame and supports.
