THE BIGGEST US CAR MEETING IN ITALY AMAZED AGAIN!
The biggest US car meeting in Italy came back to the wonderful location of Lake of Santa Maria di Gudo Gambaredo (near to Assago / Milan) and it registered
a great success with his free entry. The unstable weather forecast did not stop the 360 US cars which arrived from all over Italy (isles included – some friends
arrived from Sardinia) and even from Switzerland, Austria and Germany.
This event started on Saturday with the arrival of 50 cars; among them there were many Vans and PickUps with caravans. The main show was on Sunday:
early in the morning, a lot of American cars really crowded the entrance to the Lake of Buccinasco with their sparkling chrome-parts and their original colors.
There was really any kind of vehicle: ’60s, ’70s and ’80s and modern cars, powerful Muscle Cars, PickUps, Off Roads, Vans, Oldies, Fifties, Pre-War, Hot
Rods, Rat and Street Rods. Cars continued to arrive till afternoon and at the end of the day we reached more than 360 cars.
The best cars were selected by the journalists jury of Cruisin’ Magazine and more than 40 of them received a price. The band Sniperdogs took care of the music entertainment. The wonderful US cars were parked in the shade of centuries-old trees and the public could benefit of a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.
Near to the exhibitors area there was even the demo ride area with the official Legnano Harley-Davidson dealer which gave the chance to test different H-D
models (even the new H-D Street 750) for free.
The company V8 Epocar created the “Movie Area” with the vehicles of the famous television series “The Dukes of Hazzard” and the lookalike of Uncle Jesse.
Thanks to the collaboration between Cruisin’ magazine and the Magione Circuit, for the first time the public of Cruisin’ Rodeo could see a NASCAR car of the
Events4You Team. In September it will participate to the only Italian race of the Nascar Whelen Euro Series, which will be held just in the Magione circuit. The
winning cars received even a guest pass to participate to the semi-final of the Nascar Whelen Euro Series. “La Dama del Lago” restaurant, “Green Village” bar
and the catering service of “Giovanni Pannetta” satisfied the palate of the participants. They even had the chance to test the custom bicycles of Goodfellas
Brigade, to refresh in the swimming pool, to go canoeing on the lake or to make a relaxing walk around the lake.
The organizers thank the owners of the location “Al Laghetto”, the company WD-40 which offered its products for the welcome bags, all participants and all
those who made possible the success of this event, which contributes to the growing of the US car culture in Italy!
The date of the 2015 event is already fixed: we wait for you with your US car & Van on July,
11th and 12th for the 12th edition of Cruisin’ Rodeo!
