What is a recycled material? Four prinsiples.
1) Function in construction other than volume.
E.g. density, isolation, strain.
2) Predefined technical specifications.
E.g. Particle size, purity, density, leaching behavior.
3) Saleable in a commercial marked.
Application must be sustainable for the buyer
4) Clean product.
Not polluted by waste or contain/leach hazardous
substances
