Reflection n recommendation
•
PPKB should strengthen the bargaining position itself through
intensive negotiations and lobby for PKB can meet the quota of
women in the determination of PKB legislators at all levels of
government (central, provincial and municipal), as mandated by the
Act are also on the executive boards of the Party. PPKB have made
regeneration a priority and the main activities of the organization. As
wing organization PKB, PPKB can not just claim the rights and
political quotas, but should be coupled with the creation of a
qualified cadre of women's political (and potential quality) and highly
competitive. In this context, regeneration is one media recruitment,
strengthening the commitment and political ideology, personal
capacity building and institutional strengthening long-term oriented
organization.
•
•
Therefore, the General Assembly II PPKB recommend and mandate
to the DPP PPKB prioritize the period 2007-2012 for the
implementation of regeneration programs in a comprehensive, well
planned, gradual and sustainable, by making the process of cadre
as a measure of the success rate of DPP PPKB future periods in the
management of the organization
PPKB should be more intensive and serious female political
consolidation by way of capacity building and organizational
management to the lower levels
• PPKB organization management must avoid the
authorities or groups of individual and subjective,
because it would result in a fragile and collapse of order,
system and organizational mechanisms. This is to avoid
the dominance of the interests and authority of
individuals that are subjective in interpreting and
applying the rules of the organization. PPKB
organization management must also uphold the principle
of reward and punishment, promotion of cadres under
his career, reputation and political morality in accordance
with specified standards organization (merit based).
• PPKB should be a real advocate of cases of
discrimination and
violence against women that occur in society, including
cases of violence against labor overseas. Advocacy can
be done either through the PPKB political, legal,
economic, social and cultural. As women's political
organization, it PPKB should be a pioneer vanguard in
advocating against women, even beyond what should be
done by the NGO. It is well to gain the trust and political
support from among the women of the organization's
existence of PPKB
•
Learning from the hegemonic organizational situation, fragile and
full of uncertainty in the PKB, PPKB must create a tradition of
modern organizations in terms of procedure and mechanism of
action and decision making, as well as participate motivate the
creation of a similar situation in the PKB. PPKB must create a strong
organizational structure and effective in managing a variety of
political resources it has. PPKB organization must have a hierarchy
that reflects his ability to implement the program and able to adapt to
the various problems that continue to grow
• DPP PPKB should provide space, access and adequate
network for women political cadres of PKB to be able to
grow and take the political opportunities that are
available. DPP PPKB must not only work for the
interests of political elites at the central level, but also
facilitates the management and cadres in the regions in
terms of creating and seize political opportunities, as well
as within the framework of the promotion and
development of cadres which is essentially an attempt to
strengthen its political existence and role PPKB the
organization.
