Indokemika is a subsidiary
of Salim Group, under the
Chemicals and Other
Manufacturing Division.
Salim Group is one of Indonesia’s
biggest conglomerates, founded by
Sudono Salim in 1949 with a focus on
trading and distribution.
The Group then started to engage in
banking business in 1957, and
gradually developed a private bank
which has become the largest retail
bank in Indonesia.

Our
Products
Coating & Inks
Our Coating Division focuses on chemicals used in paint and ink industries. Our
main products are Titanium Dioxide pigments.
Additionally we supply adhesion promoters for printing-ink manufacturers,
thixotropic agents for coating applications, catalysts for plasticizers and
acrylates in polymers and catalysts for polyesters as well as in biocides and
fungicides.
We provide outstanding support services and problem solving to our clients.
This goes hand in hand with our constant quest to help our customers, whom
we treat as partners, in developing solutions tailored to their individual needs.
Cosmetics & Personal Care
Indonesia with its tropical climate is well suited for the growing of oil palm
trees. A plentitude of products is made from Palm Oil ranging from cooking oil
and margarine to other derivates. These derivatives cater to industries such as
Cosmetics & Toiletries, Personal Care, Flavor & Fragrance, and Toothpaste.
Besides supplying these products, we also prepare prototype formulas for our
customers to meet the demands of their markets.
Our support also includes a fully featured testing laboratory in Singapore to
test certain specialty products.

Food Ingredients
To meet the needs of today's challenging food and beverage market, we
provide high quality products that satisfy our customers' expectations of
safety, performance, and convenience based on our long experience as a
marketing-oriented food ingredients supplier.
Our products cover a wide range of diverse applications, which include Baking
Premix, Beverage, Biscuit, Bread and Cake, Cereal and Porridge, Dairy,
Confectionery, Dessert, Dietary Supplement, Fat and Oil, Flavor and Color
Blending, Flour Milling, Fruits and Vegetable Processing, Meat and Seafood
Processing, Noodle, Sauce and Ketchup, Snack.
Industrial Chemicals
Indokemika's Industrial Chemical Division specializes in the distribution of
wide range industrial chemicals to various industries including paper,
detergent, soap, cement, ceramic and many more.
By capitalizing on our extensive network, we supply many products, such as
Caustic Soda Liquid & Flake, STPP, Phosphoric Acid, at a competitive price to
our many customers from large scale factories to small home industries.
Applications include etching and electroplating, neutralizing agents in
petroleum industry, dispersing agent in ceramic industry, etc.

Oleo & Performance Chemicals
Indokemika is proud to be a leading supplier of various raw materials to cater
to the following applications: Cleaning Chemicals Industry, Detergent Industry,
Polymer Emulsion Industry, Polyol and Alkyd Resin Industry, Textile Auxiliaries
Formulators. The product categories we supply to those applications are
Dispersing Agents, Emulsifying Agents, Foaming Agents, Softening Agents,
Solubilizing Agents, and Wetting Agents. While our major products include
Glycerin, Fatty Alcohol Series, Fatty Alcohol Ethoxylated, Nonyl Phenol
Ethoxylated, Biocides, Fungicides, and other surfactant products.
We also provide added-values by preparing prototype formulas for our
customers to meet the demands of their markets.
Pharmaceutical Ingredients
Our Pharmaceutical Division supplies Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API)
and also Excipients.
We are fully supported by our reliable sources from India and China and also
some European countries to cater the market needs with our assorted API
such as Anti Inflammatory, Anti Emetic, Anti Convulsant, Anti Diabetic, Anti
Histamic, Expectorants, and hundreds of other active ingredient categories.
Supported by our internal group businesses, we also supply various excipients
such as Glycerin Pharma Grade, Sodium Lactate, Lactic Acid, Titanium Dioxide
and Nutritional products category.

Plastic Chemicals
Targeting the requirements of the automotive, the home appliances and the
electronic industries Indokemika entertains close relationships with world
leading producers that supply products including a wide range of Plastic
Polymers and Chemical Additives: Commodity Plastic, Engineering Plastic,
Elastomer Plastic, Biodegradable Plastic, Composite Plastic, and Thermoset.
All of our Principals’ products are produced through innovative production
processes and under tight international standards, thus ensuring the highest
possible quality standards. We provide specific grades of products to cater to
the different demands of various applications: consumer goods & houseware,
audio & video cassettes, compact discs, toys, packaging materials, tires and
other rubber based products as well as many other product applications.
On top of this impressive array of products, Indokemika’s technical engineers
also provide in-depth support and counsel to our customers.
Rubber Chemicals
Our Rubber division offers products such as Natural Rubber, Synthetic Rubbers
(SBR, BR, NBR, EPDM), Fillers (Carbon Black, Zinc oxide, Silica), Antioxidant
(TMQ, 6PPD), Accelerator (MBT, MBTS) and many others.
We have proven reputable records in meeting the needs of diverse customers
in industries ranging from automotive tire and parts to variety rubber goods,
shoes soles and tire tread.

Textile Chemicals takes a very important role in textile industry and as an
indispensable part of textile industry , our Textile Division supplies all types of

& Printing Chemicals, Textile Enzymes Chemicals, Textile Finishing Chemicals,
Textile Optical Brightening Agent, Textile Pigments, Textile Polymers, Textile
