CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING
Heading down into the valley along the river,
there’s 30 km of well-maintained crosscountry skiing trails, whilst 14 km of ski runs
with guaranteed snow await you in the upper
Tuxertal. Whether you’re young or old, an
expert or a beginner – cross-country skiing is
booming and easy to learn!
TOBOGGANING
Numerous toboggan runs with romantic
mountain lodges invite you to make the
ascent by foot or taxi, take a break with
mulled wine and delicious delicacies, and
zoom down through the woods of the upper
Zillertal. The longest toboggan run in the
valley is 7 km long and was voted the best in
the whole of Austria by the ADAC in 2011.
SNOWSHOE HIKING
Experience an unspoiled winter wonderland
and snow that glistens like a sea of 1,000
diamonds with our guides. Short or long – we
tailor the hikes to you! You are more than
welcome to hire snow shoes from the hotel!
PARAGLIDING
Start at more than 2,000 metres with an
experienced pilot and specially-made Stock
screen, and experience a very special altitude
flight indeed. The tandem flight master awaits
you directly in the Finkenberg ski resort.
SKATING
Whether you’re on the hotel's ice rink, the
artificial skating rink in Mayrhofen or the
natural ice rink in Finkenberg, playing curling
or hockey, there’s a wealth of opportunities.

Our holiday region has countless frozen
waterfalls that fearless climbing enthusiasts

Snow biking is safe, sporty and elegant. It’s

Bed and breakfast: If you choose to stay as a
bed and breakfast guest only, a concession of EUR

Dogs welcome only upon request: EUR 25.00
per dog. Please bring your own dog blanket and
basket. Dog food charge depends on what you
order. Your four-legged friend is not allowed access
to some of the suites, the dining room, the spa area
and the sunbathing lawn. We apologise for any
inconvenience this may cause. We reserve the right
to charge you for any cleaning that may become
necessary due to your dog.
Wellness and spa area: You will have access
to the wellness and spa area from 1.00 pm on the
day of your arrival until 11.00 am on the day of your
departure.
Cancellations: Room cancellations are only
valid if made in writing. Up to three months before
your appointed date of arrival, you can cancel the
hospitality contract without having to pay a
cancellation charge. If you cancel your booking up
to one month before your appointed date of arrival,
we will charge you 40 % of the full price. If you
cancel up to one week before the appointed date of
arrival, we will charge you 70 % of the full price. If
you arrive late or leave early, we will charge you 90
% of the full price of your stay. The Austrian hotel
regulations apply.
Travel cancellation insurance: For a mere
EUR 3.00 per person and booked day, you can get
cover against all cancellation costs in case of
accident, illness or other serious personal matters
concerning the insured, the children, siblings,
parents or grandparents. If you do not want to
make use of this good-value service, please tell us
separately when placing your booking.
Deposit: When making a fixed reservation, we ask
for a deposit of EUR 800.00 (Deposit for Christmas

Non-smoker – smoker? For our guests’
well-being and health, the entire dining room and
sitting rooms are non-smoking areas. We would
also like to point out that our rooms and suites are
