Warranty All footwear is warranted against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the order’s initial shipment date. Warranty is voided when footwear is abused or worn in water or any other unsuitable environment. Unworn footwear may be exchanged for size one time within 45 days of the order’s initial shipment date. Unworn footwear can be returned for credit within 45 days of the order’s initial shipment date. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required. Unworn footwear not returned in the original packaging will result in a $10 charge. Original footwear box must be shipped inside another box or shipping bag. Shoes are shipped with the original manufacturer’s insole and will not be accepted for return without them. Footmaxx sandals and CAOS sandals are excluded. Return Authorization Number When returning footwear to Footmaxx, the customer must first obtain an RA# from Customer Service. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Footmaxx and all costs associated with that shipment.
