Ziel und Idee des FSC ist es, international gültige Standards für eine ökonomisch,
ökologisch und sozial nachhaltige Waldbewirtschaftung weltweit zu etablieren. .
Hierfür hat der FSC zehn Prinzipien als Maßstab für die Waldbewirtschaftung formuliert,
die für alle Wälder der Erde gelten – in unseren heimischen Wälder genauso .
wie in borealen Nadelwäldern oder wie in tropischen Regenwäldern.
Das FSC-Logo signalisiert dem Verbraucher, dass es sich hierbei .
um Holzprodukte handelt, die aus nachhaltiger Waldnutzung gemäß den international
anerkannten FSC-Richtlinien stammen.
Die Nachfrage nach umwelt- und sozialverträglich gewonnenem Holz soll dadurch .
gezielt angeregt werden.
Um die Wälder unseres Planeten zu schützen und zu einem besseren Umgang mit unseren
Umweltressourcen beizutragen, drucken wir fast alle unsere Kondombriefchen auf FSC .
(Forest Stewardship Council)-zertifiziertes Papier oder Pappe.
Die Kondombriefchen betroffen sind von dem FSC-Logo in diesem Katalog identifiziert.

Konformität und Zertifizierungen
Das Kondom gilt als Medizinprodukt der Klasse IIb Gerät, .
ist es unter bestimmten gesetzlichen Anforderungen.
In Europa muss das Kondom haben CE ISO 4074:2002 Standard und muss verpackt .
und / oder gelagert werden in einem Workshop mit dem ISO 13485-Zertifizierung.
Das Kondom sollte immer von einer Bedienungsanleitung und Alu-Folie begleitet werden muss
von einer overpack geschützt werden. Deshalb ist die Hülle ist wichtig, es schützt das Kondom und
Anweisungen sind auf der Innenseite aufgedruckt.
Die Angaben müssen gut leserlich und verständlich durch den Benutzer, das heißt, .
dass die Sprache in der Betriebsanleitung verwendet werden sollte, .
des Landes und / oder der Broadcast-Gruppe zu sein.
Außerhalb der Brieftasche muss den Inhalt, Verfalldatum, Chargennummer, die Nummer der CE
und der Name und die Anschrift des Herstellers und / oder Importeur von Kondomen. Die Folie
Kondom sollte erscheinen die Anzahl der CE, Verfallsdatum und Chargennummer.
NF (Französisch Standard) Standard ist nicht zwingend .

In den USA ist das Kondom entsprechen den FDA-Standard. Das Prinzip ist das gleiche, aber noch
weitere Informationen zu der Innenseite und der Außenseite der Hülle aufgenommen werden. .

3. Still squeezing the teat, put the condom on top of the penis and roll it down with your other hand.
If it starts to roll back up during sex, just roll it back down again straight away. If it comes off, stop

Allgemeine Verkaufsbedingungen
ART. 1 : Allgemeines
Allein die unten angeführten Verkaufsbedingungenen, außer spezielle,
schriftliche Ausnahmeregelungen, gelten und schließen jegliche, andere allgemeine Bedingungen, die vom Mitunterzeichner geltend gemacht werden,
sowie gewohnheitsrechtlich gewährte, bzw., früher vertraglich vereinbarte
Verkaufsbedingungen, aus. Unsere Verkaufsbedingungen gelten für alle unsere Angebote, Anfertigungen, Verträge und Lieferungen.
ART. 2 : Kostenvoranschläge
Die dem Käufer unterbreiteten Angebotspreise binden den Anbieter mit dem
betreffenden Angebot lediglich vorläufig und nur für eine begrenzte Zeitspanne.
Diese Voranschläge gelten vorbehaltlich des Abschlusses der durch unsere
Abteilungen durchzuführenden Kontrollen der zu reproduzierenden Originale,
und, unter der Bedingung eines ausreichenden Lagerbestandes.
Jede zusätzliche Anfertigung, jede vom Auftraggeber durchgeführte Änderung und Korrektur der ursprünglichen Bestellung und jede Preiserhöhung
der Rohstoffe werden gesondert in Rechnung gestellt.
Die Angebote werden immer in Euro erstellt und verstehen sich immer ohne
Mehrwertsteuer. Infolge dessen erhöhen sich die Preise am Tage der festen
Bestellung um den Betrag der Mehrwertsteuer und all der etwaigen zusätzliche Anfertigungen.
ART. 3 : Muster
Alle mit der Anfertigung eines Musters verbundenen Kosten, sowie alle Lieferungen werden gesondert in Rechnung gestellt. Die Muster verbleiben
vorbehaltlos im Eigentum des Verkäufers und es kann vorgesehen sein dies
ihm im Originalzustand wieder zur Verfügung zu stellen. Im gegenteiligen
Fall werden diese, wie vereinbart, in Rechnung gestellt.
ART.4 : Auftragsbestätigung und Druckfreigabe
Es wird unterstellt, dass der Käufer, der uns einen Auftrag erteilt, hierzu
berechtigt ist und, etwaige bestehende Verpflichtungen gegenüber seinen
Auftraggebern erfüllt.
Die Stornierung eines Auftrages kann nur schriftlich erfolgen und ist erst
nach dem schriftlichen Einverständnisses des Verkäufers gültig. Im Falle
einer Stornierung ist der Käufer zu einer Entschädigung in Höhe der durch
den Verkäufer bereits geleisteten Aufwendungen, Dienste und Anfertigungen, verpflichtet. Die Freigabe zum Drucken durch den Käufer entbindet
den Anbieter von jeglicher Verantwortung für Fehler oder Vernachlässigungen die während des Druckens oder danach entdeckt werden. Der Verkäufer ist keinesfalls für Rechtschreib-, Grammatikfehler und falsche sprachliche Wendungen verantwortlich.
Der Freigabe Schein bleibt Eigentum des Verkäufers und dient als Beweismaterial für etwaige Rechtsstreitigkeiten.
ART. 5 : Lieferungen
In der Regel wird der Liefertermin nur unverbindlich angegeben und entspricht in keinem Falle, außer einem gegenteiligen Einverständnis zwischen
den zwei Vertragspartnern, einer Verpflichtung durch den Verkäufer etwaige
Ansprüche von Schadenersatz zu leisten.
Die Abnahme aller Arbeiten und Waren erfolgt ab unserem Firmensitz. Bei
Lieferung auf Kosten des Verkäufers, liegt das Versandrisiko und die Verantwortung beim Käufer; dieser ist verpflichtet, sich, selbst wenn die Lieferung franko erfolgt, gegen eventuelle Schäden und Vernichtung der Ware
zu versichern.
Bei Lieferung gegen Nachnahme trägt der Kunde ebenfalls die Kosten der
Nachnahme.
ART. 6 : Höhere Gewalt
Das unvorhersehbare Eintreten von Fällen höherer Gewalt berechtigt den
Verkäufer die Aufträge gänzlich oder teilweise, oder deren Durchführung,
ohne Entschädigung und Ankündigung zurückzuziehen, oder zu unterbrechen. Diese Fälle sind, unter anderem: Krieg, Bürgerkrieg, Mobilmachung,
Unruhen, Streik, Lock-Out, Ausfall der Maschinen, Feuer, Stillstand der
Transportmittel, Probleme bei der Lieferung der Rohstoffe, der Vorprodukte
und der Energie, sowie staatlich verordnete Einschränkungen und Verbote.
ART. 7 : Toleranzwerte der Anfertigung
Der Verkäufer ist keinesfalls für geringfügige Abweichungen der Mengen,
der Motive, der Farben und der bestellten Modelle als solche verantwortlich.
Alle Sonderwünsche, wie Tinte, die unlöschbar ist oder mit Lebensmitteln

in Kontakt kommen kann, müssen dem Verkäufer bereits bei der Anfrage
eines Kostenvoranschlages mitgeteilt werden. Bei späterer Angabe können
Preisanpassungen erforderlich sein.
ART. 8 : Haftpflicht
Der Verkäufer lehnt jede Haftung für den Fall, dass Rechte, die ausschließlich einer dritten Person zustehen, wie Urheberrechte, Muster- und Markenschutz, u.a.m., bei der Auftragsdurchführung verletzt werden. Der Käufer
verpflichtet sich dazu, im Falle eines Rechtsstreites mit einer dritten Person,
die vorbrächte, dass Rechte, die ihr allein zustehen, durch die betreffende
ausgeführte Arbeit verletzt werden, sich für die Interessen des Verkäufers
einzusetzen und diesen für alle Folgen und Schäden, die diese Ansprüche
und Maßnahmen mit sich brächten, zu entschädigen. Der Verkäufer lehnt
jede Verantwortung für den Verlust, Diebstahl oder die Beschädigung digitaler Artikel, sowie von Original Projekten und Zeichnungen, die vom Käufer
zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, ab.
ART. 9 : Mängel
Jede Beanstandung für offene Mängel muss, um als gültig betrachtet zu
werden, innerhalb von acht Tagen nach Warenlieferung per Einschreiben
gemeldet werden; jede Beanstandung für versteckte Mängel innerhalb von
drei Monaten nach Erhalt der Ware per Einschreiben.
Nach Anerkennung des Mangels der Ware durch den Verkäufer, erfolgt die
Entschädigung in der Form des Ersatzes der gelieferten Ware, ihrer Instandsetzung, oder, durch die Stornierung ihrer Rechnung und ihren Ersatz durch
eine Gutschrift. Auf keinem Fall ist der Verkäufer dazu verpflichtet, zusätzliche sich auf diese Mängel beziehende direkte oder indirekte Aufwandsentschädigungen und Schadenersatze zu leisten.
ART. 10 : Eigentumsübertragung - Risiko
Der Verkäufer behält an allen Arbeiten und Waren, auch nach Lieferung,
bis zur restlosen Begleichung der Rechnung, der Kosten und Zinsen, einen unbeschränkten Eigentumsvorbehalt. In diesem Sinne behält sich der
Verkäufer das Recht vor, bereits verkaufte, aber unbeglichene Ware, ohne
Rücksicht auf ihren jeweiligen Standort im Falle einer gerichtlich angeordneten Sanierungsverwaltung,(französisches Recht), oder einer Liquidation,
zurückzufordern.
All die mit den abgeschlossenen konzeptuellen, textlichen und graphischen
Kreationen verbundenen Urheberrechte bleiben Eigentum des Verkäufers.
Diese Kreationen können, außer schriftlicher Genehmigung zwischen den
zwei Vertragspartnern, weder vervielfältigt, noch nachgeahmt werden.
ART. 11 : Rechnungsbegleichung
Rechnungen, die mehr als 1.201,00 Euro betragen, sind 30 Tage nach
Rechnungsdatum netto, ohne Sonderabzüge, Skonti und Boni durch
Banküberweisung an unseren Firmensitz zu begleichen.
Rechnungen unter 1.201,00 Euro sind im Voraus durch Banküberweisung
oder per Nachnahme zu begleichen.
Bei Auftrag kann eine Vorauszahlung bis zur Höhe von 50 % verlangt werden.
Bei vollem oder teilweisem Zahlungsausfall, sowie bei verspäteter Begleichung, entstehen dem Käufer auch ohne Mahnung Verzugszinsen in Höhe
von 15 % p.a. des offenen Rechnungsbetrages.
Darüberhinaus wird die Schuld, wenn die betreffende Rechnung nebst Zinsen auch 15 Tage nach Versand eines Einschreibens unbeglichen bleibt,
um eine Zusatz Entschädigung, die in einem Rahmenabkommen auf 10 %
der Forderung unter Berücksichtigung eines Mindestbetrages von 250 Euro
festgelegt wurde, erhöht.
ART. 12 : Der Preis
Die Preise der Arbeiten und der verkauften Waren entsprechen denjenigen
die am Tage der Auftragsbestätigung gelten. Der Verkäufer behält sich das
Recht vor, diese Preise ohne Ankündigung, je nach Entwicklung der Preise
der Rohstoffe, der Steuern und Abgaben, oder aufgrund jeglicher anderer
von ihm unabhängiger Einflüsse, zu ändern.
ART. 13 : Gerichtsstand
Einzig die luxemburgischen und die für den Ort des Firmensitzes des Käufers zuständigen Gerichte sind für die Regelung von Streitfällen zuständig;
dies selbst in den Fällen, dass mehrere Anspruchssteller, Anträge an Garantieleistungen oder Widersprüche vorliegen.
