Serves 12
Serves 6–8

1 package of Tonia’s
Perfect Scone Mix
Bergamot Citrus
Vinaigrette Mix, prepared
as per package directions
1 1/2 cups fresh
raspberries
1 Begin preparing
Tonia’s Perfect Scone
Mix by following
package directions.
2 Mix in raspberries
just before gathering
dough into a ball.
3 Continue following
package directions
until completed.
1 pound brussel sprouts
3 medium carrots
1/2 cup chopped
green onions
2/3 cup slivered
almonds, toasted
1/4 cup sesame
seeds, toasted
1 Cut off the tough ends
of the sprouts and remove
any browning outer leaves.
Shred them in a food
processor or slice as thinly
as possible.
3 tbsp Spinach
Dip Seasoning
2 Prepare the carrots
using either a julienne
peeler or slice the carrots
into thin strips.
1 3/4 cups milk
3 Mix sprouts, carrots and
all remaining ingredients in
large bowl. Add Bergamot
Citrus Vinaigrette, toss well
and enjoy!
3/4 tsp salt
4 ounces goat cheese
1 9-inch prepared pie crust
6 large eggs
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 dozen grape tomatoes
1 Preheat oven to 400°F.
2 In a small bowl, mix Spinach
Dip Seasoning with goat
cheese and set aside.
3 In a large bowl whisk
together the eggs, milk, cream
and salt until frothy. Add in
the goat cheese mix. Scatter
half the tomatoes and half the
goat cheese, crumbled, over
the bottom of the quiche pan.
Pour in the egg custard. Scatter
the remaining tomatoes and
crumble the remaining goat
cheese around the custard.
4 Bake for 45-55 minutes
or until the center is just set.
Allow to cool completely
before serving.
