Please make it convenient to attend the interview for the post mentioned
above on 07.06.2014 at 02:00 PM being held in Administrative Building of IGKV,
Raipur along with all relevant original documents to be produced at the time of
interview as detailed below :A.
i.
All original certificates referred in your application viz. Domicile, NET, Awards,
experience etc.
ii.
Candidates applied under reserved categories should bring original Caste
Certificate/ Caste Verification Certificate issued by the competent authority of the
State of Chhattisgarh, failing which their candidature against reserved category
will be cancelled. The candidates of OBC category are denoted to bring fresh
income certificate (not older than three year) at the time of interview, failing
which their candidate will be considered under Unreserved category.
iii.
Original Mark sheets and transcripts of all the examinations passed
(i.e.H.S.S.C./Intermediate/Pre-University/Bachelor, Master’s and Ph.D. degree)
iv.
Original Degree Certificates (Bachelor/Master/Ph.D.)
v.
Copy of the thesis/Dissertation/Reports if any
vi.
Copies of publications (To be produced before the selection committee for
perusal)
B.
No T.A. and D.A. are admissible for attending the interview. Candidates
belonging to SC/ST category of Chhattisgarh State shall be paid T.A. as per State
Govt. rules.
C.
In case of your application has not been received through proper channel, the call
of this interview shall be therefore, subject to production of “No OBJECTION
CERTIFICATE” from your present employer at the time of interview.
