ABOUT JON RENAU
Jon Renau is a family owned business that has become an international
leading manufacturer of wigs, hairpieces, hair additions and hair
extensions. John and Stella Reynolds, the founders of Jon Renau, began
their entrepreneurial journey in the alternative hair industry in South
Africa in 1969. When they transferred operations to the United States in
1984, the Reynolds continued to grow Jon Renau as a family endeavor.
From their start with party plan and direct sales to their work with
both small boutiques and large retailers in the United States, Canada

CARE & STYLING TIPS
CURLING HD FIBER
* It is recommended to use professional grade heat styling tools with digital
temperature settings to control heat
• Using your wide tooth comb, gently comb hair free of tangles
• Heat your curling iron to 270°-280°
• Take a 1” - 1.5” section of hair (Smaller sections = tighter curl, large section = looser curl)
• Spray Jon Renau Heat Treat Thermal Spray on the section to protect the fiber
(1-2 pumps per section)
• Gather hair into curling iron, smooth through to the ends, roll up towards base of iron
• Hold for 10-15 seconds, turn the tip of iron toward the ground, release curl into palm
of hand
• Holding curl in one hand, gather up towards base and clip with small metal clip
• Allow curl to cool completely (about 5-10 minutes), remove clip and let curl hang naturally
• Hair can be combed (use fingers for best results) to blend curl
FLAT IRON HD FIBER
• Using your wide tooth comb, comb hair free of tangles
• Heat your curling iron to 270°-280°
• Spray Jon Renau Heat Treat Thermal Spray on the section to protect the fiber
(1-2 pumps per section)
• Take 1”-1.5” section, starting at least 2 inches away from base, slowly smooth flat
iron down towards ends
• Keep hair smooth with the wide tooth comb, following behind the flat iron
• Allow hair to hang naturally to cool
CARE FOR HUMAN HAIR
• Before washing your human hair wig, gently remove any tangles with
your Jon Renau paddle brush or wide tooth comb
• Fill sink with cool water and emulsify a capful of Jon Renau Argan
Smooth Shampoo into the wig
• Gently lather the hair with shampoo while making sure that the hair is
traveling in a downward direction, do not rub hair, this may cause knotting
• Rinse thoroughly in cool water until the water runs clear
• Apply Jon Renau Argan Smooth Conditioner, avoiding the base cap of
the wig (applying conditioner to the base of the cap may weaken the knots)
• With your fingers, work conditioner through the ends of the hair
• Rinse thoroughly in cold water
TO DRY HUMAN HAIR
• Wrap wig in a towel, and gently pat to remove excess water
• Apply a dime size amount of Argan Smooth Treatment Oil to bottom
half of the wig
• Place the wet wig on a wig stand or canvas head, lightly fluff with
fingers, and allow it to dry naturally
CARE FOR SYNTHETIC FIBER
• Fill sink with cool water and emulsify a capful of Jon Renau Synthetic
Wig Shampoo into the wig
• Gently wash wig, taking care to not tangle hair in sink. Try to keep hair
traveling in the same direction
• Rinse gently in cool water, do not rub
• Spray with Jon Renau Leave-In Conditioning Spray.

STYLING TIPS FOR HD FIBER
• We recommend that ONLY a wide tooth comb is used
to style and/or detangle your HD wig
• We recommend using Jon Renau HD Smooth with a wide
tooth comb daily to detangle your HD wig, this is especially
important with the mid-length to long length HD wigs
• HD Fiber can withstand heat tools up to 350°, however,
Jon Renau recommends 270°-280° degrees
• Air drying your wig instead of blow drying can help
maintain the integrity of the fiber
• We recommend using a blow dryer (medium to medium-high heat) to
style your human hair wig. Blow dry using a downward motion to
ensure the hair stays smooth
• When hair is a little damp, apply Jon Renau Heat Treat Thermal styling
spray to protect hair from any heat damage
• Using a round brush, work through 2” sections, directing the hair in the
shape you want to style it
STYLING TIPS FOR HUMAN HAIR
• Use Jon Renau Heat Treat Thermal Styling Spray prior to using any
heat-styling tools
• Use Argan Smooth Treatment Oil to speed drying time and smooth hair
without weighing down
• DO NOT brush wig while it is wet (gently use a wide tooth comb until hair dries)
• Jon Renau does NOT recommend that you color or perm wigs or hairpieces.
Please speak with your Sales Specialist for alternate options
• To keep the vitality of your human hair you may use Jon Renau Argan
Smooth Conditioner as a mask. Apply mid-shaft to ends and leave on for
15-20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly in cold water, follow drying instructions above.
STYLING TIPS FOR SYNTHETIC FIBER
• Do NOT use heat (curling irons, flat irons or blow dryers)
• Do NOT stand close to an oven upon opening
• Styling is very easy with your new Jon Renau wig. We recommend simply
using your fingertips or wig brush for your desired style
• If fullness is desired, backcomb hair gently using your wig comb or brush,
then smooth the surface hair over and apply Jon Renau Holding Spray
• We recommend using Jon Renau HD Smooth with a wide tooth comb to
detangle your synthetic wig, this is especially important with the mid-length
to long length wigs

TERMS & CONDITIONS
How to order and establish credit
We ask that you establish a credit account prior to making purchases in credit. you may do
so by completing one of our credit applications. Note: All California businesses must submit
a resale certificate prior to placing an opening order.
Payment Terms
On opening orders we accept payment by Money Order, Visa, or MasterCard.
Sales Terms
All sales are final. For your protection, we ask that you inspect all merchandise thoroughly
upon receipt. We will correct duplicate deliveries, incorrect merchandise or any errors in
shipment on our part upon verification of the error. you must however, notify your sales
specialist of any order discrepancies within 5 days from receipt of goods.
Shipping
We offer same-day shipping from next day early morning delivery to regular ground service.
Any drop shipment will incur a fee.
Damaged Merchandise
In the event damaged merchandise is received, contact your Sales Specialist within 5 days
of receipt. See details in returns section below.
Lost Merchandise
On rare occasions, merchandise is lost in transit. Should this occur, it will be replaced once
shipment has been traced. Upon notification by the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be
filed and merchandise replaced.
Returns
• Returns will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by your sales specialist. Customers must receive
a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) from their Sales Specialist. The RMA# must be
visible on the outside of the box, or it will be refused and returned to sender.
• All returns that are not due to shipping error, order entry error, or deemed defective by our quality
control department will be charged $8.00 flat rate shipping fee, per return label.
• Permission to return goods must be obtained within 5 days from the receipt of the goods. All
unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.
• No returns accepted after 15 days of invoice.
• There are NO CASH REFUNDS. A credit memo will be issued. Credit card customers will receive
a credit to their credit card.
• No credit will be issued without a copy of the invoice.
• Merchandise returned must be in its original condition, including all packaging (hang tags, box,
packaging paper, etc.) Merchandise not meeting these specifications will not be accepted and/or
subject to $8.00 repackaging fee, per item.
• If an item has been altered in any way (cut,colored,etc), we cannot accept the return and it will be
returned at sender’s expense.
• All human hair items are subject to $25.00 restyling fee, per item if not returned in its original
condition. All synthetic and HD items are subject to $8.00 restyling fee, per item if not returned in
its original condition.
• Discontinued items are not eligible for return
