Nutrition Education:
Reda Fugate with the extension office will be joining us on the 23rd
to discuss the importance of a healthy diet, and provide us with
tips to help save us on our grocery spending dollars with
“Plan for Spending, Couponing 101”.
Stress.
May is going be a very active & fun month, and our very own
Mrs. Pat Watts will encourage us to exercise with Tai Chi to
manage our stress for good health, Friday, the 24th at 9:30am.
