Sauteed Tilapia
Ingredients:
1 pound tilapia fillets
1 tablespoon dill weed, dried
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
.25 teaspoons pepper
Sides:
Frozen Sweet Potato Fries
Spring Lettuce Mix
Cherry Tomatoes
Sliced Mushrooms
Directions:
1) Heat oil over medium heat.
2) Pour 2 tablespoons of lemon juice over fillets.
3) Sprinkle dill weed, salt and pepper over fillets.
4) Place tilapia in heated oil and saute on both sides, about
4 minutes each or until fish is no longer translucent.
5) Pour remaining tablespoon of lemon juice over fillets.
6) Serve with sweet potato fries and salad.
Fries:
Frozen Sweet Potato Fries, cook according to directions.
3 ounces is about 30 fries and is approximately 26 grams of carbs.
Salad:
Mix bagged Spring Mix with cherry tomatoes and sliced mushrooms. Add olive oil and salt.
