Weighing just 10.3 kg, the Ergo­
Pulse­25PTX gives you the power
you would expect from a much
heavier tool. The secret is the steellined aluminum motor and the titanium housing.

is only 406 mm.
Also noise levels are
low and, since the
ErgoPulse 25PTX is a
pulse tool, there is minimum reaction force to your wrist. The back
handle (patent pending) can be
turned through 180° allowing you
to set the tool for internal trigger
finger or thumb trigger and the
rubber handle is easily exchange­
able.
Camshaft design gives
900 Nm of torque
A typical car engine only develops a
torque of 200 Nm! In the ErgoPulse
25PTX the high power of the pulse
unit is provided by a camshaft and
piston design with improved check
valve design. Would you expect any
less from the technology leader?
Fast torque build-up with
high tightening accuracy
Set the desired torque, press the
trigger and the PTX technology
ensures fast torque build-up. The
tool shuts off automatically when
the correct torque is achieved.
Accuracy is high, as high as in the
whole PTX range.
Low maintenance
­requirements
The ErgoPulse 25PTX is simple to
maintain and service with a short
MTTR, mean time to repair. There
are no springs to wear out. The
pulse unit has an oil filled pulse
cylinder with the moving parts
completely immersed in oil, thus
ensuring a long service life.
Consistently high
perfor­mance, long
working life-time
The back handle can be turned through
180° allowing you to set the tool for
internal trigger finger or thumb trigger.
An air lubrication reservoir in the
handle ensures efficient lubrication of the motor even if the
airlines are in poor condition.
Thus, you get consistently high
performance. The tool’s durable,
heavy duty housing provides good
protection for the TRIM valve and
ensures a long working life-time
for the tool.
